You would think that for the premium prices you are asked to pay, the end product and experience would be satisfactory at a bare minimum.
Customer Service is a foreign concept to CB2. They were more than happy to take $4000 from me for a bed and a guest room daybed. It has been 4 months and I have been sleeping on the floor. The bed arrived 3 months in with broken parts. I waited an additional month to receive the replacement parts. To add insult to injury, the delivery people were not careful enough carrying the items into the bedroom and knocked a hole into the wall. I am still waiting for the customer service team to answer for what happened to my wall.
I am still waiting for the daybed to be delivered and the delivery date keeps getting pushed back.
I have called the store, emailed several times, tried online chat and SMS.
If you do purchase something from CB2, just know you are SOL *when* (not *if*) something goes wrong with your order. They are more than happy to charge you a premium and will not lift a finger to help you after they have your money. Good luck.

This place is an absolute joke of a company. I have been waiting 9 months for an item and keep getting the run around and passed from person to person who keeps making promises and then tell me they are "truly sorry" when they have missed that day maybe 10 times now. Here is a summary of my interactions with CB2:
October 29, 2021 - Order 14 items from them, one of which is a coffee table we really liked. Some items were in stock and others were on back order.
End of December - Was tired of waiting for some items that were on back order so decided to cancel everything except the coffee table we really wanted. They ended up cancelling the table as well and told us if we wanted the table we would need to place a new order which would push our original ETA another TWO MONTHS! No thanks we decided to look elsewhere.
February 15, 2022 - Could not find anything we love as much as the CB2 Table and decide to re-order again with an April 2022 ETA. We are fine with this and decide to patiently wait even though we were upset with they way CB2 handled our original order.
April 2022 - After hearing nothing from CB2, I decide to give them a call and they tell me sorry, due to supply chain issues this has been delayed until July 2022. Ok fine. I understand as I am a business owner dealing with the same issue but why do I have to reach out to YOU to get this info?
June 10, 2022 - Have heard nothing since we were told July 2022, so I decided to call in to make sure we were still on track for July 2022 and the rep told me sorry, due to supply chain issues your order has been delayed until late August 2022. LOL are you serious? AGAIN, I have to reach out to you to get this info? I asked to speak to someone higher up and got in contact with a Rita Crawford. She gave me the run around for a while after hearing the problems with my original order and how I have been patiently waiting. She said she could fulfill this order mid to late July and would personally reach out to me if it gets delayed. I was happy and agreed. She emailed me her info and told her thanks for the help.
July 11, 2022 - After sending several emails to Rita (with no response) I call again to get a status and AGAIN "due to supply chain issues" your order has been delayed until SEPTEMBER. AGAIN I HAVE TO REACH OUT TO YOU to find this information out.
I am a patient and understanding person. I know what is going on in the world and empathize with business owners that have to deal with it but the way CB2 is handling this is an absolute JOKE. Just give me a date even if its exaggerated and deliver it earlier if anything. 9 months to wait for a table is crazy. Not one update from the company or call. I have to constantly call in, wait for a while, get transferred from person to person only to get false promises with no follow up.
I see all the negative reviews on CB2 and they are all legit. DO NOT ORDER FROM CB2. Trust me it is not worth the hassle. Now they are going to comment on this review and say thanks for the feedback, please reach out to us so we can assist. Guess what CB2? I HAVE CALLED YOU FOR 9 MONTHS. No one at your facility cares. They just follow the script they are told. "We are sorry but due to supply chain issues". End of rant and yes I am on fire writing this review. Please don't buy from them and end up like me.
Horrible service, NOT premium experience
Horrible customer service. Super long wait and inability to resolve an issue. We ordered a product 4 months ago, got delivery scheduled and then waited but no one showed up. After more than an hour on the phone, we were told the product is damaged and after waiting for 2 more hours a supervisor Nancy shows up but not able to do much except offer a refund and a measly discount on future purchase. WHY will I ever buy again from CB2, supposedly a premium company, for such lousy service?

I ordered a dresser almost 1 year ago. It was delivered 4 months later without legs. 7 MONTHS LATER I am waiting for a replacement delivery this morning and just got a message that the item is being returned to warehouse because the item is damaged. 🤦🏻♀️
Hope I’ll actually get it before my kid heads off to college.

I'm not sure why they even pretend to have a support team. They can never answer any questions or actually do anything. I will not buy anything else from them.
I've been waiting for a bookcase to be delivered for over a month. No once can give me any answers about where it's at or when it will actually arrive. Maybe it will be there sometime. Maybe not. What a joke.
Better off buying elsewhere.
I saw cabinet handles that looked great so I ordered them online. It was available for me to buy. They cancelled my order a day later saying it’s out of stock. I go back to the website, and it still says it’s in stock. Ok whatever, things happen. For some reason, CB2 thinks it's ok to leave products on their website for weeks and weeks. Almost everything I click do had "No longer available online...". If it's no longer available online, then please take it off the website. Very frustrating.
Then, they gave me a discount as compensation for the out of stock handles. So I used it to order some black bowls. They charge $8.95 to ship $40 worth of bowls. For over a week already, half the order hasn’t been processed and the other half that was supposedly shipped with FEDEX had no tracking for 5+ days. I ordered on March 14th and PAID for this stupid slow shipping that kept notifying me package will arrive on March 29th. Then the second package said it’s coming on April. I should’ve just cancelled my order earlier. While shipping isn’t CB2’s fault, I’ve had items come to me with free shipping ALSO using Fedex and none of the packages took this long.
Sounds like CB2 needs to work on their customer service or at least look at things from a customer point of view. Also, with nearly 2+ weeks passing, I could’ve ordered them elsewhere and got them faster. When I did finally get the bowls, they came in perfect condition but they don’t stack vertically like the product images appeared. I stacked the bowls multiple times for the past week and the pile kept collapsing potentially damaging the bowls. Now, I also have to pay to return them due to the misleading images. To add insult to injury, they charge $11.95 to return. What a waste of time and money!

I had the worst experience in my life with this company! I ordered this sofa 3 months ago and I had a very important ceremony in my house and I needed that sofa before that date. The delivery team couldn’t fit the sofa in my elevator. I asked them to take it out of the box and they were so so rude to me and didn’t listen to me and left without telling me.I waited for this sofa for so long and they even didn’t wait for me to find a way for that. I took the measurements of the elevator and sofa and it could be fitted if they took it out of the box. I called the customer service thousand times. No one was responsible for this and they told me the earliest time to reschedule delivery is in April! Now I have this ceremony and my house is empty and they ruined all my plans. I really don’t believe this happened to me. Although it was their fault this happened to me and the warehouse is to far from me I told them I would rent a truck to pick it up myself but they didn’t give me a date for that. This is truly unacceptable. They were so rude to me, they left me without telling me, ruined all my plans and no one even responsible for my issue. Never ever trust this company they won’t take any responsibility for anything happens to you.

This has been the worst experience of my life. I mean of my life. I have been waiting on a table since Septembe for a table that was nearly 4k. Date pushed back to November, December, January. By now the cc on file has expired. They sen 5 email, in r hours saying i owe balance of 1k and i had 24 hrs to respind REALLYYYY..??? I pay 1k of course same day. Delivery set 3 weeks out for Feb 16. Feb 15th. I call CB 2 and delivery everyone confirms my delivery. Receive 2 text..confirming delivery. Morning of delivery I receive a call stating dellivery was 8 minutes out. I then get a call 2 minutes later saying "I MADE A MISTAJE..I DIDNT LOAD YOUR STUFF..IT WAS TOO HEAVY..YOU HAVE TO RESCHEDULE AND HUNG UP". I call CB 2. ....they apologize, etc...then tell me my table is missing a part and cant be dekivered. Part not due until March.......I honestly dont even remember what happened next..or what I said. All i know is I received an Im sorry email from CB2 talking about tgey will refunds some money and contact me when my table comes in. Never mind tgat I gave a perfextly good Dining room set away on Feb 15th because I thought my table was coming. Now I have no place for ny family to eat. I have never and will never purchase again. I wish i could cancek but i have redont my entirre room..rugs, chairs, paint, buffet..all due to this table. Had a birthday party planned for same weekend. No table for anyone to eat. My daughter and myself cried for 2 days. My house not that big..no place for people to go in winter.

Got told, "I told you, you need to buy on the site" and basically not to read the reviews and buy and see with my own eyes and experience...
No drive to reassure what was a potential paying customer.
2 marble tables and both broken
I don't want to have this experience again. I ordered 1 marble table and it arrived broken them, they send me a replacement table and it arrived broken again. Solution: take the tables by myself to FedEx for return. Ah, also they offer me to keep the broken tables with a 10% discount.
Horrendous customer service
Been waiting weeks for my delivery of a credenza. The warehouse canceled because of snow (it hadn’t snowed in 4 days.) Had to call several times to reschedule. Finally got it rescheduled then got an email saying the delivery date had been changed by several days to early Saturday morning. Figured fine I’ll change my plans they’ve been such a pain. Was also told we’d receive an email day of with an accurate delivery time. Never received an email. They delivered 3 hours late. The worst part was they only brought 1 out of 3 items ordered. Now I’ve been waiting days to reschedule. Horrendous customer service

The worst customer service ever. My package was held on to for weeks. Every time I spoke to someone nothing helped. They offered a fifty dollar gift card when I said if never shop with them again. It wasn’t there. Called back and told them my package was damaged and if they Could replace the items. The absolute worst.
Poor Scheduling Causes Significant Delays
Similar to another post here, I also ordered a table that took over two months to arrive. The base and top required separate scheduling but they confirmed that they were scheduled for the same day. That day came and went but only the base was delivered. I paid $79 in delivery fees for someone to carry a box inside that I could have easily managed myself. Since I was under the impression, my new table was arriving in a way that meant it was functional, I sold my old one. Now, I have the base of a table with no top headed into Christmas when I will be hosting guests. The top will not arrive until a month after the original scheduled delivery date. I was given no remedy beyond an apology.

Year from Purchasing Hell
Incident one: I ordered a table (not cheap) in August that was on backorder until Mid October then moved to late October then early November then mid November. When it arrived it was damaged & with closer inspection there so many manufacturing imperfections. Missing paint in multiple spots, hardware blemishes, alignment with legs to top. For the amount of money it was it should be perfect. Customer service said I can get a replacement & hold on to the damaged one in the mean time but a new one will not come until MARCH, this is mid November. At this point I'm convinced they probably will forget about me & I will not being seeing a new one. My second fear is getting my second table & it being a mess.
Incident 2: I've been wanting this specific item for a year & finally ordered it. Magically it was at a store close to my residence so I opted for in store pickup. Two hours later was told it's out of stock & no one knows when it will be back. Customer service has been getting more & more careless & unresponsive. I've been a fan & customer for a long time but this year has been the absolute worst. Also everything online seems out of stock or delayed until next year at some point. Every other company has no problem with their shipping but CB2 seems to have gone backwards in that realm.
