The Cast Iron Bath Co are a delight to deal with
I bought a new Bath Tap on Stands from The Cast Iron Bath Co for our traditional stand alone bath to replace some Burlington Taps which were continually dripping - despite fitting new cartridges. The Burlington after sales service is non existent so I had no choice but to replace. The Cast Iron Bath Co by contrast were a delight to deal with - the Tap arrived on the specified date and the product is superb. Highly recommend.

I’m leaving a 3 star review because my recent purchase is a direct replacement of the toilet seat I bought a little more than a year ago…the metal hinge snapped. The price is also 35% higher. These should be be built to last longer than this.

Thank you for leaving your feedback regarding the purchase of your toilet seat. While your original purchase was outside the warranty period, we do understand your concerns. The current version of this toilet seat has been upgraded to solid wood which is why the price had increased. We sincerely appreciate your input, as it helps us continue to refine our products and services.

Exemplary service
I only ordered a small part - a brushed nickel basin waste but the service provided by CIBC was exemplary. I ordered on a Sunday and had a personalised email on Monday confirming order and delivery details. I then got an email with upfdate on delivery and the product arrived bang on time. Excellent service all round!
