Firstly let's differentiate between product's and customer service. Their watches are very good quality whether you're talking about the standard Casio, Pro Trek or the mighty G Shocks, they are all amazing quality!
Now onto Casio's customer service... It's a bloody joke!!! What customer service. I contacted Casio UK to get information about an online retailer claiming to be an authorised dealer for G Shock. I wanted to know if they were indeed an authorised retailer or not seeing as their price's were considerably cheaper then other authorised retailer's. The response I got back was very quick, good so far. But this is where anything good I can write about Casio's customer service promptly end's.
I was told that because the online retailer is in the EU that they wouldn't have a list of authorised retailer's and that I should contact Casio Europe. OK, they could have included an email address, phone number or even a link for live chat but no, nothing. I had to go searching for Casio Europe contact detail's, which wasn't easy finding the right department to send the email. It's almost as though Casio don't wish to deal with their customer's.
So I contacted Casio Europe and finally got a response back stating that I should contact Casio UK to get a response. To the credit of Casio Europe they did include a link for me to contact Casio UK which was alot more then what Casio UK did when they told me to contact Casio Europe.
Still following....
So I contact Casio Europe once again stating that I've already been in contact with Casio UK and they told me they couldn't help me and that I should contact Casio Europe.
Now this is the fun part...
Casio Europe responded by telling me they couldn't help me, I need to contact Casio Europe.... Is this a typo, a mistake or have you really just told me that you can't help me I need to contact you but you've literally just told me you can't help.
Convoluted right.
So in short it would appear that Casio have absolutely no idea who their official retailer's are as unbelievable as that seems or they just don't want to share the information with their loyal customer's.
If this is Casio's approach to customer service then it's really no wonder there's so many counterfeit G Shocks going round the Internet.
I would've thought that helping their customer's to avoid cheap knock offs of their watches would've been a priority for Casio but I guess not.
It's a pity Casio has such lousy customer service because as previously mentioned their watches are of very good quality. I've never had to warranty one but if I did I can only imagine the lousy service I could expect from them if this experience is anything to go by.
In short I'm a loyal, long term customer of Casio not a ping pong ball to be passed back and fourth between Casio UK and Casio Europe. Who are both as equally useless and inept as each other!
Very happy with the customer service
Received the best customer service from Casio, I accidentally ordered two watches for my Husbands Christmas present so I sent an email about 11pm after I’d made the order. I didn’t really expect to hear anything back (because customer service is so poor now) but at 9am I received an email reply from an actual human who quickly rectified my mistake and I received the one watch and my refund very quickly.
Terrible company
Terrible company. Ordered a product and cancelled within 30 mins , sending a cancellation notice. Got told the product was already shipped despite me ordering and cancelling after 8pm!
Called and spoke to an employee who confirmed product was in warehouse and cancellation will go through, saying they would call back, never bothered. 2 days later got a shipping notice , so obviously they lied first about already being shipped, then about being cancelled. Now in the hands of the card company to recover the payment as the company seem unwilling to refund for about 14-21 days once they receive the product back into their warehouse and process the return. It is not a return it was cancelled before even being shipped. I think they are trying to force delivery to avoid the cancellation. Be aware of the tactics used.

Really wanted to buy a limited edition watch today. I had already set up a account ready to purchase it. When I received the email telling me that the watch order was Live I tried logging into my account. This didn't go well as it kept saying that my login details were incorrect or that my account had locked. I requested a new password as I wasn't sure if I had entered mine incorrectly. No email has been received. Terrible experience. 👎

I'm very satisfied with a alarm clock that I got a long time ago, great quality works great, shows temperature and date as well and the alarm it self is very loud, it is able to wake up anyone
A complete mess.
Their website is an absolute clustered mess. Inputting your address easily gets messed up. The system doesn't even check the validity of said addresses, and when you try to update or fix the issues by contacting them, you are told they won't make changes to the address. They make no attempt to even contact you about the issue. Sending your expensive purchases anywhere without an ounce of concern for their customers receiving their product. I've had to order a watch twice and the address was messed up both times, I tried contacting the shipping provider to fix the issue but was told to contact the shipper, where I was told they generally won't make changes, even though my issue was the lack of my Apt Unit on the order.

Custom service ok, had replacement organised very easy and quickly, I am happy with the product. Also had very good discount price on my vintage model on their website. Thanks!
Terrible shop
Terrible shop, with an unfair and unworkable returns policy, which is notified only on the receipt, i.e. when it's too late to get out of the agreement. This shop will be out of business in six months' time, and they deserve to be. It's as if they only want to sell online, as in store customers get substantially worse treatment.

I ordered this watch in October for my son’s Christmas , I have returned on the 31st December (tracked and delivered) as it was hurting his wrist , I then had to check when they were going to refund it, I got a phone call saying that it should’ve been returned within 28 days, I think at Christmas most companies refund until end of January, poor customer service Casio. Still don’t know when my refund will come through.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I bought few Casio watches before, all with solar power battery and I can't say they were faulty. I enjoyed wearing them. Last year decided to treat myself with G-shock Mudmaster and, after 9month had to send it for repair since the dials didn't move, and it lost few other functions. I got the feedback that the battery is not working anymore and that I need to pay for the battery change. How is it possible that the watch that should have a battery lasting between 2-5 years needs exchange after only 9months? And I was wearing a watch every second day. I was planning to go with the high-end watch by the end of the year, but with this kind of service were with a full warranty after nine months, I need to pay for the battery change, I won't. I can only imagine the price of repair for the high-end watch if anything goes wrong. I'll be moving my business somewhere else since with you I won't be able to get any security for your products.

Won't be buying Casio again
Had a Casio LED-10 watch for years which gave no problems apart from having to replace the plastic strap once in a while. Now I find that I can't find a replacement strap anywhere so the watch sits in my drawer, completely useless.
So I decide to buy a comparable replacement watch direct from Casio at £24.90. After about a month I notice some hairline cracks on what I now find out is a cheap plastic watch cover. Don't remember knocking the watch or scuffing it anywhere. Sent it back to Casio to get a new cover put on. Cost for this great customer service will be £24.97! Are they joking? Obviously I may as well buy a new one. But they have done me a bit of a good turn for their extraordinary customer service has completely put me off Casio for good and they won't be getting any more custom from me.

Superb solar watches and calculators over the years still working and would recommend the solar power solutions, no need for any batteries just get to work with those no problem. you may for many many years be able to use your device.

I bought a solar powered radio controlled watch some seven years ago. Bit of head scratching on the manual but patience is repaid. The watch. Superb. So good I saw another one with a most beautiful face. I fell in love and treated myself. The new one seems as good as the old one. I alternate them.
Excellent Service
I purchased a watch from a Casio retailer three years ago, within the last month or so it developed a fault
(watch was constantly misting up). Returned it to Casio UK 21 Jan 2021 received it back today 29 Jan 2021 with an explanation of work carried out and NO charge whatsoever. Very happy with service received from Casio UK.
