The money was in my bank account on the same day.
My loan is now cleared with no harassing phone calls, texts or emails. I honestly feel this company values the people they lend to.

If I could give zero stars I would! The lack of care and professionalism from this company is shocking, I have had serious mental health issues which had landed me in hospital, I lost my job and my house and can barely pay for anything, I explained my circumstances to this company and they couldn't care less! I offered to set up a payment plan that I could afford and they refused this, I asked not to be contacted via phone as I have extreme anxiety talking on phones and yet they have spammed me with constant calls. I am now looking into putting myself into serious debt or declaring bankruptcy just to get these people to stop harassing me. Worst experience I have ever had, the lack of customer care is sickening.

Non existent customer care
Awful company. Have tried umpteen times over the past weeks to apply, constantly filling the application only for it NOT to allow me to SUBMIT grrrr! Emailed them in September and they couldn’t even be bothered to reply. Very shoddy on all levels. Look at all the erratic reviews on TrustPilot AND their Google reviews are even worse! Tread carefully with this UNPROFESSIONAL firm. Gone are the days when Payday lenders got away with such awful practices. You had your chance but couldn’t be bothered. I’ll see it as a lucky escape!

Make sure your money is in at 5 am…
Make sure your money is in at 5 am otherwise they automatically default your account and ask for the total amount owed, they will not try later in the day so if you work in an environment where you can’t use your phone during the day then beware
They have this silly online ska code verification that never works so when you try to pay them on the website you can’t as it tells you that you are typing the code wrong. Very clever way to put ppl into default i have to admit. Cyst services are short houred so if ur working full time you will struggle to get in touch with them as hold times are high. Just a rubbish company , get rid of that terrible code system let ppl go on to your website and pay manually - update - you applied for the original amount on the first day.m, then applied for the full amount remaining on the second day (and sent me an email saying I was in default on the same day the payment was due , also your call back system doesn’t work I asked for a call back and nobody did. Also you didn’t reply to why you have that silly authorisation case to log in to your website which never works . Get rid of that it should just be sign in and password. It’s now cost me over&15 I’m charges because you wouldn’t allow me to pay you

It is worth noting, our method of payment is through Continuous Payment Authority (CPA). Customers contractual payments come out automatically on the agreed due date, from the details they provided upon application. If this payment fails, we will attempt the payment again the next day.
Our process is to contact customers on the day their payment is missed to understand the reason for the missed payment and if they require any assistance.
We also correspond with customers the day before their instalment is due as a reminder and to offer support where needed. Once payment has failed via CPA the online portal system will still allow customers to log in, however, it will not allow them to make payment, as we require them to speak to an advisor so we can offer the customer the best help going forward. We really appreciate your feedback on this, and we will pass this on to the relevant department to look into your suggestion.
Our current opening hours are 8am – 6pm Monday to Thursday and 8am – 5:30pm on a Friday. I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with these hours. Please note we offer a call back service if you are unable to hold; this can be selected through our IVR service and we are also available via e-mail info@cash4unow.co.uk This, along with our opening hours, can be found on our website www.cash4unow.co.uk

I borrowed £150 from these scammers, 19 days later they try to collect money on the date that I did not agree to make payment as my wages wouldn’t be paid yet at the time. These thieves started claiming a £12 late fee immediately added on the 19 days.
When I called they claimed that is what I signed as my payment date 28 days later not 19 days. Since then each time I pay what is meant to be my last payment, they come up with a different amount.
On my account, it no longer shows my payment schedule as my payments were made and done. I logged to make payment and there were no further payments to make. However, they send an email that I have to pay more money. Are these some sort of loan sharks?
Please avoid these scammers however desperate you maybe

4 days later and still not giving funds. At this point I actually don’t need or want it as it was for an emergency. Worst company to apply for emergency payday loan. They are not transparent and I will never attempt to use them again.
