Please avoid this lender, worst service I ever faced, they are treating you like criminal even if you miss payment one day late, they chase you on phone calls and messages multiples time daily. They never listen to unexpected customer personal financial difficulties and forcing customer to pay on time

Not even worth one star
Not even worth one star , DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY, they Harass you and were calling me 5 times a day ! When I got in contact for my last payment which I was having trouble paying due to unexpected bills I was IGNORED! Yet they were not stop calling me. They do not care about their customers! All these good reviews are FAKE !!!! Find another company who is legit because this is a very dodgy company!!!!

I have just made my final payment on my loan, and overall I have had a good experience with this company with absolutely no problems along the way.
I had to call customer service once to amend my payment date, and found the man I spoke with very helpful and did exactly what I needed straight away.
The only very slightly problematic thing, I guess for some people would be the time it takes to get the loan into your account, mine took two days, and the payment reminders are a bit overkill…but saying that the company are just sending these reminders so the customer does not forget their payment date, so I had no problem with the emails and messages.
This company helped me out when I needed them, and it’s been a good experience from start to finish, so for that I give them 5 stars ⭐️

If customers are struggling when logging into the online portal, they are able to contact our collections team who will be able to help further, this can be done via info@cash4unow.co.uk or calling on 0113 887 3434. It is worth noting that if a customers payment has failed via Continuous Payment Authority (CPA) the online portal system will still allow customers to log in, however, it will not allow them to make payment, as we require them to speak to an advisor so we can offer the customer the best help going forward.

Waste of time. They leave a hard search on your report after filling in all the forms putting in your bank and card details. Accepting and signing for a loan. Only to decline you don’t bother

Worst loan provider
One of the worst loan providers I have dealt with. They continue to harrass and bombard you with several emails and messages multiple times a day up until the payment date - totally excessive and really unnecessary.
There always seems to be a timing delay at the time they attempt to take the funds and when funds hit my account on pay day (this only happens with them, all other payments debit perfectly fine). When this happens I will make a manual payment on the day. Today, the same thing happened which I was noticed after checking my email. Just before I could go to pay I was sent a default notice by email stating I had defaulted on the balance of the loan and there was a default charge of £5 being applied, this was sent at 9.38am on my payment date. The date has not passed and payment hasn’t been missed but I’m receiving this nonsense. When I contacted them they said pay now and you won’t have to pay the default charge. They are out here threatening people with defaults for the sake of it.
