I've been umming and ahing about getting aluminium suitcases for ages. I finally decided on some aluminim-look ones fromSamsonite. They were reduced on CASE so it seemed destined to be.
I ordered 2 of the 81cm and one of them arrived very shortly afterwards. Only problem is, its HUGE.
Totally and utterly my fault.
We normally fly BC when we go long haul and I stupidly assumed 32kg was the only issue. These bad boys would easily hold 32kg BUT, it's about the dimensions, too and this one exceeds them. My fault for not checking.
Returning them is FOC, which I'm amazed by. DPD is going to collect one tomorrow and Simiran (CS agent who is an absolute delight) is going to try and cancel the second one as it may not have been dispatched yet.
I will totally use CASE again. Excellent company.

Very disappointing
Ordered a case online and paid £580. Thye sent me an email to say that they could not fulfil the order and I would have my money back in 14 days. So they get free use of my money for 2 weeks. Brilliant.

We notified you by email as soon as your refund was processed, advising that it would take 3–5 working days to appear in your account. While our policy states that refunds can take up to 14 days depending on your payment provider, most are completed well within this timeframe.

Had an amazing experience with Case
Had an amazing experience with Case, ordered two suitcases on a friday that needed to be personalised, was flying on a trip on Tuesday, they said they couldn't get them to me before then but they arrived early Tuesday 2 hours before I left! Very happy traveller with brand new Tumi cases. Fantastic service from Case, highly highly recommended.

Awful service
Awful service - order sent to FedEx for delivery, not showing on FedEx tracking. Case said FedEx returned order to them. Personally reckon order just didn’t get processed & they waited for me to chase before saying they would refund. Hope refund actually arrives. Pity I can’t give them a minus rating. Update - apology received from Case for something I hadn’t even ordered? Refund was sent well after delivery date had passed & only when I chased missing order. Finally sourced elsewhere with free next day delivery & it arrived on time as stated.

Unfortunately this order was returned to our warehouse by mistake, and a refund was processed immediately as we assumed the order had been rejected by the customer. In future, please contact us before leaving a review as we are more than happy to resolve thesese situation and explain what happened before a negative review is left. This was a simple mistake which was rectified immediately.

I have so much trust for this company. One of the suitcases I bought from them had a small mark. I called and immediately they sent one to replace it. They trusted me and replaced the other one before I sent the other one. Welldone and keep it up. I wish I would able to give you 10 stars

Great customer service
I received my purchase of a Briggs and Riley case as planned, however in the wrong colour. The reason for the 5 star review was the service approach to make this right, which considered the situation (time critical gift) and the customer service professional I dealt with (Simiran) who dealt with the whole situation empathetically and with urgency. Any company can have a warehouse mishap, but it’s how you recover that sorts out the good ones from the bad.

Quality Luggage with Top Class Customer Care.
A few weeks ago I contacted Case Luggage concerning monogramming on Tumi Cases. Simiran and her colleagues were very helpful.
The prices at Case Luggage were unbeatable, so much so, I purchased a Tumi Cabin Trolley and the matching Check-in Case. They just spin on a "sixpence"!
Delivery was quick and the cases arrived in perfect condition.
I was so impressed with the quality of my luggage, the great prices and top class Customer Service, I proceeded to purchase another Cabin Trolley!
I cannot praise Simiran and her colleagues highly enough! They are very knowledgeable, attentive, pleasant, reliable and absolutely have Top Class Customer Care!

Problem solved by Simiran at Case Luggage
I purchased a Tumi Mclaren case at T5 and jumped on a flight. Unfortunately the case was hard to push and wheels went every way but straight...
After being contacted by Simiran from Case Luggage, Simiran took ownership and sorted the problem. From returning the product to shipping a new product to me in time to travel a few weeks later, Simiran kept me informed and up to date.
I have purchased from Case many times. This turned my only negative experience with them into a very positive one, thanks to Simiran.

Amazing customer service from Simiran
Easily the best service I’ve had in a while - had an emergency the day before travel and needed my luggage with me fast so I could catch a flight. Simiran was awesome on the online chat at putting me at ease, and then called me afterwards to assure me that the cases were with DPD and on their way. Everything arrived safe and sound and I didn’t have to carry my stuff abroad in carrier bags - thanks so much for making this such a pleasant experience!
