Just ordered 2 x Samsonite suitcases with them. One colour was reduced in a sale - happy days - but the other was full price. Same price as all of the other major retailers.
I hate paying full price for anything but reluctantly did as I couldn't find a discount code.
When my sale went through, I got a 10% off code for my next order.
Shy bairns get nowt and all that (geordie expression) so I rang their CS and after getting straight through and talking to a REAL human, I asked if I could apply the discount to the order that had just gone through.
Let's give it a go, she said. And hey presto, it worked! That's 10% back on my credit card and a very happy customer, to boot.

Have ordered twice from this store, both delivered within 24 hours even though only ordered on free standard delivery. I had to return one item and the returns process could not be simpler. I ordered a bag which came direct from the supplier, Rock. They sent the wrong colour, but Luggage Superstore sorted it out quickly and within a few days the incorrect bag was collected and the correct one delivered.

Looking for a holdall with wheels, I found a Joules-branded one on Luggage Superstore: better spec (bigger!) than the one on the actual Joules website and 20% less expensive, meaning even with next day delivery it was still cheaper! Arrived via DPD literally one day after LS reopened after their Christmas break - thank you!

I ordered my new Rock case on Saturday and rang luggage super store Monday to see if I could get it delivered Wednesday as I was going away. They were so helpful on the phone and did what they said they would do, which was call Rock. I got my case in time and I am delighted with it. Given that it is December , that quick. Also the price was so good. Would recommend and I would use again.

The two items I ordered arrived as described, promptly and on time. I decided to return one of the items I bought and the returns process was completely flawless – as good as any I’ve come across. I am completely happy with the one I’ve kept. Prices are competitive too. Strongly recommended

Placed an order for two American Tourister Jet Driver 2.0 4 Wheel Large Suitcase - 79cm in MAY 2025 and on the second use, one of the cases zip material ripped along the bottom of the case (about 6 inches long), luckily the zip still worked and I had to apply tape to secure

Update as of 29th October, Samsonite reached out to me to review the matter. They continue to maintain that I used considerable force to damage the zipper — an explanation that makes no sense to me. Why would I intentionally damage an expensive backpack?

As a resolution, they offered me a 20% discount code for use on their online store. I have chosen not to use it, as I am reluctant to purchase another Samsonite product. I suppose they consider the case closed, but I certainly don’t feel that way.

I purchased my Samsonite backpack through the online platform Luggage Superstore.

After approximately nine months of use, the zipper split rendering the laptop compartment unusable.

Initially, I contacted Samsonite directly. They requested that I cover the cost of shipping the bag to them and provide a warranty card with a retailer’s stamp. Since the bag was purchased online, I naturally did not have a stamped warranty card, although I did have the card itself.

I then submitted my claim through Luggage Superstore, who kindly offered free shipping for the assessment. Nearly four weeks later, I was informed that my claim was unsuccessful. I find it difficult to understand why the process required such a lengthy review, only to arrive at this outcome.

When I visited a Samsonite store on Oxford Street last year, the salesperson strongly emphasised the robustness and quality of Samsonite products. I was assured that any issues with the zippers or functionality would be covered under warranty. Based on that confidence and because Luggage Superstore offered a competitive price I decided to make the purchase. As someone who commutes weekly from Lichfield to London, I needed a durable, reliable backpack.

Over the years, I have owned many backpacks, including far cheaper ones, and never encountered a zipper fault like this. In hindsight, it appears I placed too much trust in the brand name rather than the actual quality.

As an interim measure, I purchased an AmazonBasics backpack. It has performed well and, ironically, has proven more reliable than the Samsonite bag I had expected to last for years.

I now consider this purchase a poor investment, and this experience has unfortunately deterred me from buying Samsonite products in the future. It’s disappointing to see that the brand I associated with quality and service appears to prioritise cost-saving over customer care.

I told Luggage Superstore to keep the bag (save their shipping cost to me) and destroy it.
