Ordered some shoes for my niece for her prom, paid for next day delivery. They kept me up to date with tracking information and order confirmation and they arrived the next working day with no issues!... Se mere

Do not buy trainers with the embellished stones, I bought a new white pair and only worn them 3 times so many stones fell off so the lovely trainers don’t look nice now .

Really awful company with zero customer care. Poor quality shoes, made badly with phots as evidence. Copy and paste responses, no help or resolution and no compensation for wasting my time and money for the 3rd time for this order. Never purchasing again, would recommend you avoid

Avoid this company at all costs, my partner ordered several pairs of shoes and the delivery company they use EVRI left the parcel on my doorstep, we tried to change the delivery as we wernt at home as we was away for the weekend and it wasn’t possible, when I got home I contacted carvella as the shoes wernt at my doorstep they pretty much told me it was a successful delivery and they won’t be doing anything about it, how is delivering a parcel to a house where no one is at home a successful delivery!!! Complete joke of a company avoid them at all costs

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Ordered 5 pairs of shoes for my holiday. I was away for the weekend Evri decided to leave the shoes on the doorstep NOT IN A SAFE PLACE. Tried to amend evri manager services to deliver to neighbour it said on the evri services they will re-attempt delivery 3 times. Oh no dumped on my step and not there when i returned home.
Carvela accepting no responsibility so i am
Out of pocket for £425 DISGUSTING COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Does anyone know were i can go from here please?

Do not buy from this company. I bought a pair of sandals. The delivery company didn’t deliver them to my house. After contacting Evri about my lost parcel, I wrote to Carvella customer services to request they resolve my issue. Instead of offering to send me some new sandals. They said it’s not their problem I didn’t receive them and refused to send a new pair! Absolutely shocking customer service. I have now managed to dispute this with my bank and will never shop with this company again. Advising others to shop elsewhere.

I don’t usually write reviews but I felt I should due to reading the negative reviews that nearly put me off making a purchase. I had to remind myself that most customers who have a good experience don’t leave a review, which is reflected in the low number of reviews altogether.
I can honestly say that from start to finish with my purchase, returns and refund, I have received excellent communication and service.
I can vouch for the quality as I have owned a pair of lovely boots previously which are still going strong.
Thank you Carvela. I will definitely be purchasing from you again.

Delivery was speedy - arrived in their lovely box and the boots were gorgeous. I am a delighted with these boots, super quality and fit beautifully. I am normally a 'flats' girl but these make me feel great and are really comfortable! Five stars!

I could give no star, if I could, for the extremely poor customer service, lack of transparency and misinformation with regards to a gift card following a faulty product return. Please Carvela, find a resolution to my complaint, I can not use the gift card for online purchases despite being advised otherwise. Your system is totally flawed and not customer friendly, products poor quality and I will definitely not buy Carvela again!

I purchased shoes and spent £120. The next day I put the shoes on for the first time and the laces snapped. I contacted customer services and requested some new laces as shoes were fine. I sent a picture of the laces and the receipt, less than 24 hrs old. They said I had to return to the store, I said this was not convenient, I would have to spend time, pay petrol and carpark fees just to do this as going there for no other reason. The customer services refused to send laces as apparently they do not have any, being a company that sells shoes and has their own brand, this is obviously untrue. Really poor service and an issue that could of been easily been solved has escalated into an issue.

Have to say, customer service has been amazing for me. I recently returned the wrong item to Carvela in the post and emailed them to see if they could send it back to me to send to the correct company. The company sent it to me free of charge which they didn’t have to do.
The bags purchased from the company are also lovely and I will shop again.

I am reaching out again to see if anyone can solve this problem. Absolutely disgusted at how they expect me to pay for a bag I didn't receive. With promises of getting back to me. I have not received and this was delivered to my doorstep not my safe place. As of the consumer act of 2015 they really should right and see that they gave not met there end of the sale.
