Ordered some shoes for my niece for her prom, paid for next day delivery. They kept me up to date with tracking information and order confirmation and they arrived the next working day with no issues!... Se mere

Do not buy trainers with the embellished stones, I bought a new white pair and only worn them 3 times so many stones fell off so the lovely trainers don’t look nice now .

I bought a pair of Carvela trainers recently in a size smaller than I normally take. They seemed perfect when I bought them but now they are slipping off as I’m walking in them. Very unhappy with this for an expensive trainer.

I purchased the Carvela Collide over the knee black boots and honestly feel like I wasted my money. After two wears the leg part has become completely stretched and misshapen, slides down my legs after walking for 2mins, doesn’t stay even if worn under jeans/trousers. I bought them in the sale and paid £95, which I feel is still extremely overpriced for these boots. Wanted to leave a review on their website but they don’t have any (?) which is super shady. Would not recommend.

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased as my experience has been the same - ordered 3 pairs for choice wanting/hoping to keep 2 of them but only 1 pair arrived and when contacted very poor customer service and offered a voucher for the 2 lost pairs but their size 8/41 is too small for me so the voucher is worthless. After going back and forth still no joy so had to contact citizens advise and trading standards so in the end I got the refund for the 2 missing pairs however I am now struggling to get the refund for the returned pair of boots as they don’t fit - Customer services seem to think the refund I had for the 2 missing pairs was for the pair I returned so issue still ongoing. I can’t buy from these again due to their sizes but I would not recommend - definitely buy in store as the brand is lovely just a shame about their customer service and refund process that clearly needs sorting

Courier marked my order as being delivered. This was not the case, no photo of delivery and a false name of someone in my home 'signing' for the parcel. Unfortunately, Carvela are expecting me to do the legwork and prove my item has not arrived. They have done no investigation, simply telling me to ask neighbours when the courier have (falesly) said we signed for it ourselves. If you order and ha e a problem, be prepared for very little support and help. I will not buy from this company again.

Wish I had read reviews before ordering. I made an online order for 2 pairs of trainers. Only one arrived in the parcel. I queried this and was told both pairs had been issued and I would not be refunded. I had courier proof of my parcel being delivered showing one box and was still told my parcel had been received. Numerous emails back and forth and I finally got a refund. Only to then be told no refund on the pair I actually did receive as they had already issued a refund! Disgusting service. First and last time using this company.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes which are slightly too big so I took the parcel to the bluewater store to return them and try on a different size - unfortunately I was told they don't do returns for online orders in the store so had to take them all the way home again and PAY for postage to send them back!! That was 4 days ago and I still haven't received a refund! Terrible service - don't advise anyone to buy online from carvela!!

Purchased 2 bags online which was scheduled for delivery by Evri. The parcel was left on my doorstep even though someone was at home the whole day, when we went to retrieve the parcel it wasn't there. Contacted Evri straight away who are looking into the matter; however, the reply received from Carvela is shocking, stating that parcels can be left wherever the courier feels is safe which is incorrect information. Parcels should not be left anywhere unless specified by the paying client. Their customer service so far has been appalling and do not conform with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I work for a law firm and will be taking this matter further.
Edit - this company is truly appalling, they have again emailed me and have stated that they will not assist me further as I should have been home to take delivery, I have constantly advised that someone was at the property and the courier did not attempt contact. I will be taking the matter to trading standards as parcels should not be left on doorsteps

Tried to order a pair of trainers on the website. Problem after problem but eventually got through to the payment section. Klarna took the payment but when it returned me to Carvela’s website it wouldn’t complete the order. Checked my bank account and the payment has come off. Contacted Carvela’s chat function to be told that the order hadn’t been placed, with no reference to the payment being taken - then they deleted the chat! So now I need to grapple with Klarna to get the payment back. Absolute amateur website and appalling response from the chat function. You would think that the laughable amounts they charge for footwear they would use some of it to secure a website that can do the simplest of tasks.

Archaic ordering system which is apparently not able to identify when a bag advertised is out of stock, either at the point of 'adding to bag' or 'checkout'. Instead I received an email 3 days later from them saying order cancelled! Annoying as I had also ordered a pair of shoes from another company, specifically to match this bag (the shoes had arrived in 36 hours!) Hope I get a swift refund. Won't buy from Carvela again.

In a word, terrible. I ordered a clutch bag and paid for next day delivery. No email was send the following day to verify shipping so I got in touch with customer services via email (No number, which is highly frustrating). i received a reply saying the bag was only in stock in stores and that it would not arrive with next day delivery. It would likely take up to a week. Disappointed, I requested a refund for postage which I was given back and asked if the bag was going to be ex-display / on shop floor etc or in a stock room. i was assured that it would be untouched and in immaculate condition so I decided not to get a full refund at that time and wait for it to turn up. Of course, when it eventually arrived it had clearly been handled. cardboard inserts ripped, inside stickers partially hanging off exposing the mirror covered in fingerprints and scratches all over the metal popper buttons. Furious, I contacted them via email again and got the usual we are so sorry. I was told to return the item via the online link and postage would be free with a code they provided. Off back to sender the bag went. Days go by and I check where the return is and can see it’s been received but still no refund. I contact them again to ask where it is and I get the most abrupt response. Still waiting for the refund and all this happened exactly a month ago. Awful company. I absolutely do not recommend.

AVOID!!! Appalling Refund Policy & customer service and Incorrect sizes for heels !!!! UK 7 heels are in fact UK6 and UK 8 heels are UK 7. I bought a pair of UK 7 heels in mid November 2024 had to return them for a UK 8, as I am a UK 7. I then returned them on the 4th December and Carvela received them on the 10th December 2024 still have not received a refund by the 1st of January 2025. I have spoken to customer service multiple times to resolve this and getting no where!

I should have read the reviews before buying.
Ordered a pair of boots. I was sent no deliveries updates, like at all. I was then given a tracking number that never worked.
After two weeks, thinking it's Christmas, it must have been really busy, I tried to reach out to ask about my parcel.
Someone clearly a bit rude replies that the parcel has been delivered. He then follows by sending me a proof of delivery without address and without picture. So, is that a proof of what, exactly? That someone has signed for a delivery that wasn't theirs and kept everything?
Someone I can't even locate because there is no address, nor picture for me to find my delivery.

If I could give no stars I would. Avoid this company at all costs. They send damaged items and do nothing about it. They couldn’t have acted any less bothered about it if they tried. Terrible customer service. AVOID !!!!

Re my previous review I would like to update. I received an email from Carvela customer services this morning, also apology for the inconvenience which I appreciated, it provided a returns link & QR code. I will post goods tomorrow and hopefully all is ok. (I have therefore increased the star rating at this stage)
I have tried to return 2 bags via Portal and customer service online chat because their system does not recognise my order number. Unfortunately this is the ONLY way you can return anything. There is no telephone number for customer services. DONT use this company. I am absolutely furious because also unable to return to a local store!
