Great experience with both Uzair and Lewis! Really looked after us and did a great deal for buying my car and taking my old one in exchange.

Purchased a used Hyundai and have been constantly let down by this dealership.

Was told I couldn’t take off the welcome pack that they charged over £400 for. But then they have admitted they never ordered it and still haven’t delivered it in full.

Was told I couldn’t remove the front and rear dash cams from order as we saw the vehicle already had used ones in and they had to be removed for GDPR purposes. Charged £912 for these. Dealership has supplied vehicle with the old dash cams less SD card and instructions and only offered a 50% refund.

Refuse to prove they have applied the £499 GardX treatment that I paid for despite the vehicle not displaying any evidence of water beading.

Customer Service totally unhelpful. As are Hyundai. I would have expected much more from a main dealership.

Now with motor ombudsman.

It’s good to see from their reply they will cooperate fully with the ombudsman - given they are contractually obliged to. Although of course they do seem to be happy to ignore contracts they enter into with customers. Maybe if they didn’t it wouldn’t have reached this stage.

Went to Car2 Wakefield after enquiring about a nearly new Nissan Juke for my wife, everything about the experience was first class. We made an appointment with Mohamed to view the car and discuss part exchange and pricing, the appointment was spot on time, Mohamed was knowledgable, friendly and not in the least pushy and we quickly reached an agreement to purchase the Juke. The purchasing and handover process was seamless including taxing the car, setting up all the usual things you have to do with a new car, phone, connecting the car to the internet etc and the whole handover process took around an hour. The car had been prepared before our collection and was in pristine condition. I would with confidence recommend Cars2 Wakefield to anyone wanting a great deal on a Nissan, my wife is delighted with the purchase and based on my experience Mohamed is a credit to Cars2.

Great experience at Geely Wakefield. From the initial phone call to pick up everything was smooth and easy. Thanks to Sam for all his help.

Went to view a car that was seen on Auto Trader.
The appointment went okay, but I noticed an error on the paperwork and asked to make sure it was right before I paid a deposit.
Was told it was in fact correct, and "just the way the discounts are listed"
after paid a deposit, I was told it was actually an error, and therefore the payment terms changed.
Whilst checking this error, another customer came in for an appointment.
After he waited for 2 minutes for the service agent, he was then told she had rung in sick, and therefore he had to wait to be put with someone else.
Then the manager came out and asked if it was to test drive the MG3, and when confirmed by the gent, he replied with "it's on loan, so you can't do it today." when the gent huffed as he was a little agitated the manager went "well, we can rearrange for another day" as if they couldn't have contacted the poor gent before wasting his time for the day.
Both the mistake on my order, which felt underhand, and the total lack of customer service given in the store lost the sale. Appauling service. Should have checked Trustpilot first.

Feels like you'd probably get better service if you "dress the part" for them.

Then for them to double down on their response to this review and call me out to be a liar. Wow. 10/10 service guys.
One “small processing error” was actually an error in offering finance to me at the incorrect amounts. And yes, a refund was processed, as otherwise a complaint to the FCA regarding poor practices around how you conduct yourselves and bully customers into buying by paying a deposit BEFORE “realising the error” even when it was pointed out before signing and putting in a deposit. But well done in doing the BARE MINIMUM that legally you had to do.

Just steer clear of them all.

Phoned to discuss a possible part exchange of nearly new vehicle. Told they would ring back (didnt get a name). Nothing heared so rang again 6 hrs later spoke to Tom. Told he would look into it. Still no phone call. They must be doing will if they cant be bothered to discuss a deal. Well! they have lost a customer!!

Louis was professional, helpful ,courteous with his customer when finalising the transaction.

Did not carry out a proper PDI.
Locking wheel nut not supplied with the car.
Got a puncture and I am now stuck in a brand new car.
Said I have to buy a replacement
Shocking short term attitude
Will not use again.

Do not buy from this business, they misrepresent vehicles for sale, then they refuse to deal with it and deny it. I took them to the ombudsman and won my case. This did take over 1 year and was time consuming, I did receive compensation, but the business is not a reputable one and I would notcrecomend. A very poor company to do business with. AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THEIR REPLY still in denial, the ombusdman deemed they had misrepresented the car and that they contravened the selling regulations, I have the corespondance. The company in the end had to pay compensation although it took over 1 year. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE VERY DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH.

CARS2, JUST NOTICED YOU HAVE CONTRAVENED GDPR, reporting as we speak.

Their second reply below is not factual and I have a final response from the company that states they did not misrepresent the car, no compensation offered, I have proof. Furthermore just look at the negative reviews, all about poor service untrustworthy nature of their service. Judge for yourself but my dealings with them and head office, abysmal.

The staff was great especially Prabdeep who looked after us from day one he explained everything and more and was always there if we needed any more info

Matt the sales exec was very pleasant and put me at my ease immediately. He is very evidently a genuine person and I trusted him immediately. He proposed that I buy various extras in line with company policy but when I declined he was very gracious. Good price. Efficient service.

Awful place to buy a car had issues after less than 2 weeks took about 7 weeks after purchase to get the car looked at this was after 3 canceled appointments then got told it was wear and tear issues causing many noises and they are not fixing a thing on the semi decent list i was sent by cars2 renault wakefield how can you have noises on the car after less than 2 weeks and be told its wear and tear and this is fine for price age and millage it shouldnt matter if the car was 3000 pound or 30000 pound there shouldnt be issues after 2 weeks full stop and this "wear and tear" stuff should have been checked upon prep and been fixed in my opinion although i dont believe my "defective" driveshaft is wear and tear a tyre is but not a driveshaft i was also lied to about a gearbox service being done on the car upon purchase if required (it needed one) as i found out when requesting the service invoice awful place to buy a car and the assistant service manager is not fit to deal with customers the rudest person i have ever dealt with then to put the phone down on me when i dare question why my appointment was canceled (2nd appointment at this time)
