I had a problem with a leak from an upstairs neighbour's flat and needed help sorting the issue out. Diane Leverett was unbelievably supportive and helpful throughout the whole process and was always available for any questions or concerns.
Carringtons are very luck to have such a wonderful member of staff.

Theresa is a star! Whenever I make contact with the management company, Theresa always comes back to me straightaway. Her colleagues are equally helpful.

Thank you again for your help throughout the years. All the best to you all.

Carringtons have looked after our development for just over a year now and we have already seen great improvements.

We’ve been with CRM (Tony Lewis) for many years and have found them personable, easy to speak with and they get things sorted out without any problem, reliable and efficient. Don’t see any reason to use anyone else.

I have been dealing with Carringtons for more than 20 years and would recommend them to anyone. I have mainly dealt with Tony Lewis who has always found time to listen and dealt with any issue promptly. I have also dealt with Theresa and Caitlin who are just as helpful and friendly. Highly recommend Carringtons.

My dealings with Carringtons over the past 20 years have been exemplary, especially Caitlin who responds to all requests without delay. Having dealt with many different management companies for other developments, I would have no hesitation in recommending Carringtons.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Maxine Collins who was so professional and courteous in our recent dealings. She dealt with my issues swiftly and to my satisfaction. She is a credit to your company, wish there were more like her.

Massive gratitude to Carringtons and especially Maxine Collins. She is very polite, helpful and gets any problem sorted asap. I think she is a great asset to Carringtons and to us as residents. Please keep up the excellent work!

Just wanted to say thank you to Tony Lewis for a prompt resolve to the problem we emailed about. Great service. Highly recommend.

Since becoming a director of our Residents Company, I have had considerable interaction with Carringstons' representative, Diane Leverett. She has been very helpful as I was finding my feet, and I feel we have established a mutually beneficial relationship.

Since being appointed as Director of the Residents Management Company for my estate, I have only had positive interactions with Carringtons. All my dealings have been with Lauren, who I am finding very positive, proactive and solution orientated. It's also very reassuring to know that Lauren is very helpful and quick to respond to my emails and phone calls.

Great service a big thank you to Theresa who was so helpful and professional in completing my lease extension so I could sell my flat. A huge relief, thank you.
