Not very helpful initially until…
Not very helpful initially until manager was called who wuickly sorted out my query . However I find that my old contract with them has not been cancelled despite requesting that this was done and now
I am paying for 2 contracts _ & nobody ever answers the phone to correct this ! Louis on mobile section waz extremely professional & helpful . Asked him also to checkb that the old contract had been terminated only to receive notification today of a payment to this contract due shortly and will be taken automatically . I am not impressed

They seems to be quite slow when it's…
They seems to be quite slow when it's come to customer service specially at the Rico shopping centre. Every time you ask them to give a quote on different phone ie Samsung ultra or Samsung Zfold 8 so you can decide which is best but they keep asking you to do chip & pin, they don't fully explain the contract. I know they print out the contract but that's after you've already signed. Bit disappointed 😞

Went to the store and met the salesman…
Went to the store and met the salesman he was very helpful and polite. Tried to find me the best plan that I could afford and the phone that I wanted to upgrade to. My second visit to the store since I have been with ID mobile would recommend them anyone who wants a good deal and great service.

Pleased with the phone and with customer service
Phone is as described and is working well.
I have very limited hearing on the phone so I was very pleased with the patience of the agent in leading me through the options process.
We survived some background noise in the call centre.
