They damaged my mini whilst washing and waxing when I was in asda. I've looked after my beloved mini from new, 23 years and not a scratch until this. This was in Brighton asda. I asked the man for insurance details, he wouldn't give them. Absolutely disgraceful.

The valeting car wash in Asda Wembley was awful . I paid an extra money that he charged me saying the car is very dirty yet they did a bad job and I had to keep pointing out that it was still left dirty in many places . They made a fuss about it each time I told them . Yet I was told they would do a very good job if i paid extra . The staff workers and the boss manager are also extremely rude and awful. I suggest to find another car wash company in the area and never

Not impressed at all. Paid for a full clean and got a half-done job. The exterior still had dirt marks, and the inside looked like it hadn’t even been vacuumed properly. When I raised it, they brushed it off with weak excuses. Poor attention to detail and very unprofessional.

Morrisons Horndean, have used before with no obvious problem. Today, 08-04-2026, external wash only. Now has deep scratch, about 1.5 inches long, on external facing part of passenger door handle down to the silver colour metal so stands out a mile. Scratch on fuel filler door and front left wing. They said all must have been there and I hadn't noticed. Car used yesterday and filled up at Morrisons today minutes before taking to be washed and none of these scratches were there. Car was purchased new 8 weeks ago, but now needs a £1000 paint job to restore it to condition it was before they washed it. Would give zero stars if possible.

Very disappointing and distressing experience at the car valeting service in Wembley.

I paid £25 for a full vehicle clean and expected a decent standard of service, but the quality of the clean was poor and did not reflect the price charged. I also had to wait around an hour for my car, which was frustrating. While I was there, I also saw other customers return because they were unhappy with the standard of the clean.

When I raised my concerns, the situation became extremely serious. Instead of handling the complaint professionally, a staff member named Abbas behaved aggressively towards me and the police had to be called. I have since lodged a formal complaint with the police.

I was also very unhappy with how the manager and other staff handled the incident. Rather than calming things down and resolving the matter properly, several staff members became involved and made the situation worse. To add to this, my car mats were taken and had to be recovered with police assistance.

This was not only poor customer service, but a very upsetting experience overall. I would strongly urge others to be cautious, and I hope the company takes this complaint seriously and reviews the behaviour of the staff involved.

I recently used this car wash on 19/03/2026 and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

During a standard express wash, the paintwork on my Mercedes was damaged, with visible peeling near the wheel arch. This type of damage is consistent with high-pressure jet washing being used too close to the vehicle.

To be clear, the damage was not present before the wash. I have photographic evidence showing the condition of the car beforehand, and the site’s CCTV can also verify this.

What’s particularly frustrating is that the staff member on site acknowledged that the damage was caused during the wash and even provided a written receipt noting the issue. However, instead of resolving it directly, I’ve been told to contact the company separately, which has delayed things unnecessarily.

I am now having to pursue this further to get the repair costs covered, which is both inconvenient and disappointing.

I would advise others to be cautious when using this service, especially with higher-value vehicles or sensitive paintwork.

I hope the company takes responsibility and resolves this matter promptly.

Just paid £10 for a hand car wash at Asda longwell green, to clean off the Sahara desert rain we had recently, bad job, they didn’t even bother lifting the windscreen wiper to clean underneath, there is still dirt on the car, and bird poop on the roof, not going back there again. Waste of £10.

Worst experience at their service station in lower Earley asda in Reading. Overcharged me for a medium car, and when I refused to pay extra, the guy shouted at me coming really close to me. Definitely horriblly rude to a woman. Took pictures of my car from inside, refused to delete, And then made me wait for 40 mins to finally pay the overcharged price..

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Very rude staff

They did a lovely job and I was very happy with it, when I picked my car up I realised that they had put my Aux cable on the floor. Then on my way home I connected my phone to play my music and it wouldn’t work and kept saying no source available. I went up to explain and ask if there’s anything they’ve pressed or done whilst cleaning the car as sometimes accidents happen.

The guy was SO RUDE and just kept saying we’ve not done anything, it’s not our fault…even though it was working fine before I took it there. He had customer service skills of a 5 year old. Awful and rude staff - never going here again!

Chichester,Sainsbury’s car park valet. Friday 12th December 25, took my car to get the wheel arches cleaned, the worker just pointed out to the various tariffs on the board & said pay by Cash. I said I’ll have the £18 service & left the key with the worker. After taking some cash from the atm, watched what they were doing from a seat near Sainsbury’s. I left the car at 1.30pm ,& approx 1.45 the car was being jet washed. As the worker said to return between 30-40 minutes. I returned to collect the car. I should have checked the car before leaving. On Sunday, my son pointed out to the rear passenger side bumper, where paint had been stripped away, this can only be done by their jet washer by an untrained worker. I know for a fact that it was fine before I took it for the wash as I had inflated the tires & would have noticed it then. I was a bit annoyed as well, after giving the worker a £20 note,he was fumbling around & in the end ,I said don’t worry about the change. I Wouldn’t take my car to them ever again & warn everybody to be aware & definitely check your car before leaving & pay by card & get a receipt . I’m going today to file a complaint & get their customer service number. Wish me luck.

Used the one at Unit 1, Asda Brighton Hollingbury Superstore, off Crowhurst Rd, Carden Ave, Brighton and Hove, Brighton BN1 8AS and ill not be going back as whatever they used took the coating off my car and when I showed him o was told sir it was like that and then told me it will dry..... I will be taking steps as its not on

Had a £25 car wash and valet done in Sainsbury’s car park Chichester on 5/4/25.
Checked car as always before I handed it over to them inside and out.
On my return passenger side scratched and chipped paint in various places,residue on front wheel was white which had not been cleaned off and handbrake had been pulled so high I couldn’t release it.
Asked to speak to who cleaned my car and was given no answers.I may as well of been speaking to a brick wall.
Luckily a kind gentleman who was shopping in Sainsbury’s helped me to release the handbrake and said it’s a wonder they never snapped the cable pulling it that high.
I watched as they parked cars which they had cleaned and was surprised the speed they drive and how they opened car doors onto other cars.
All in all an expensive car was as now have to get paint work repaired.
I have emailed the company twice and have had no reply whatsoever.

I had an interior and exterior wash of my car and was very happy with the results. However, when I was driving home I noticed that some change that I had left in the central console, on purpose, was missing. Now, it was only £2/3 coins that were missing but none the less, it made me think "what else has gone missing?". Unfortunately, due to this incident I will not be returning to this car wash. A shame as the service provided was a top wash and cleaning service but theft, regardless of amount/size, is unacceptable.

Very bad service. My car was more clean before . Inside is completely full of dust. They didn't use the hoover. The windows are very oily inside the car is smelling of dirty water.The boot is very dirty. Ispent £27 but I have to go do was my car again in another place. Never again to them. Very rubbish service. It is better avoid them.i don't know how they work.

This review is about the car park at Morrison Ponders End. It was the worst ever car washing experience. Absolutely awful! First, they tried to overcharge me almost one third of the price and when I refused to pay extra I was intimidated by the staff and literally shouted at (!) I was with my child and she was horrified watching how situation is unfolding. I was also desperately looking for some people around because I didn't feel safe around their staff. I would give minus five start if I could. Avoid by all cost!

The worst experience I have had washing my car. Although they are polite however let's say the car wash at Asda Hollingbary is an absolute joke.
I arrived there. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman after requesting a complete inside-outside clean-up. Was told it was the gold service. I refused to give the key to them requested my self to be inside while the car being washed to observe the service as its my first time. the person who washed the car was in a hurry and missed part of the screen the side mirror part of the wheel and part of the body of my car when mentioned I was told to hold on and it was then just washed with the jet wash without going over the areas missed.
I then was asked to park at a waiting bay wet and cars came after me going in to be dried. When complained I was told by the manager that apparently its my fault I should has taken space regardless although it was occupied then.
As I felt I was being treated unfairly I approached the manager explained my dissatisfaction and offered to pay for the service up to then and leave. I was charged the full price of £10 pounds for outside wash not completed.
So I can say honestly that's customer service =0

Basically a complete ripoff.

When I cam to collect my car a Toyota aygo the guys at the ASDA car park charged me for a medium size car, even though the size of my cars engine is small enough to not qualify for road tax making it a super-mini, they wouldn’t give my my keys unit I paid the increased price.

There were two guys who spoke English, everyone one else was shouting and swearing at each other in Slavic.

This is totally unfair, I not choice but to pay. I have tried calling their head office to complain but no one has com back to me yet.

I will never go to them again and I will not use that ASDA again

THIS IS THE SITE AT MORRISONS CHASETOWN. Absolutely disgusting service and after service. The imbeciles damaged my car by removing a large area of lacquer/paint. They tried to deny it on site and then after a complaint was made to them they refused liability and told me to seek legal advice. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Hi really bad experience in Reading morrisons with car park valeting. Indoor cleaning it's not worth paying those money. First and last time .Not worth it safe money people

Had the car cleaned at Morrisons Grays and they pushed the rear camera inside the bodywork, presumably they thought it was the button to open the boot. Noticed when we got home and went straight back to be greeted with total indifference, even laughter. We were shown a poster of how to complain, plus a poster of their own internal procedure for reporting an incident. They didn't take our name, make a note of our registration number, or take photos as per their procedure, so cannot have reported to their head office. We rang and emailed their head office who of course say it wasn't them. We explained that we understand accidents happen, but would rather they had owned up to it at the time, then we could have sorted it between us. Totally unsatisfactory service, I will NOT be using this, or any, of their sites again.
