Very poor experience trying to change insurance
Tried to cancel car insurance due to a hike (double the cost!)in my premium due to a change of car. The girl on the phone was very difficult to understand too.

More complex than it should be
My original contact was to simply add a new bike to my existing policy. Unfortunately it turned out to be more complex than hoped and I seemingly had to cancel a policy and then start a new one. Only half of this was done and I had a number of emails and text messages suggesting I wasn't covered? I think this is now sorted but I've since had another message. When contacting the company, I ended up clearing security 3 times with 3 different individuals - all of them very pleasant though!
I'm afraid I may look to move company?
