Staff members in Bedford town centre today amazing, A lady very upset knocked cards off rack, staff immediately helped and reassured lady, lady asked for staff name - Jo, lady continued to be upset, Jo was amazing so nice, gave lady hug and kept offering reassurance - the staff are amazing so kind, well done!
This company has the most helpful customer service I have ever received. I am mobility impaired, so I do a lot of my shopping online. I order all my birthday cards from Card Factory as they have a great choice, at reasonable prices. My latest order was delivered to the wrong address, this was no fault of the company, just a postal error. I rang and explained the situation and I was so impressed with the lady who dealt with my query, she was very kind, very helpful and quickly sorted it out as best she could, I’m not sure if I can name her, however Abbey, you are an asset to the company, I thought you were pretty amazing 🤩 thank you for your help today.
On the 24th March I visited Card Factory Bridlington and was assisted by a polite kind and friendly young lady called Charlotte. I visited the shop to purchase a birthday card for my wife who I have been with for 60 years. Although they did not have a wide range of cards for a wife I eventually found one that I thought my wife would like and make her smile. Please Card factory increase your range of cards for the older married person it would be appreciated.
Please remember to thank Charlotte like I did she is a credit to herself and family.

Ordered daughter a personalised birthday card on the 21st March for 29th I've waited hoping it would have come last minute but still not received, I wouldn't recommend these to absolutely anyone and I want a refund. Awful company.

I had a really disappointing experience in Stratford London store today.
When I went to check out, the cashier (a tall, slim white female staff ) told me she was “not in service” in an impatient manner — even though she had just finished serving another customer. Another colleague then stepped in to help me.
However, when I realised I had forgotten my receipt and returned to the store just less than one minute later, I saw her serving other customers.
This inconsistency made me feel that I was intentionally refused service. Combined with her attitude, I felt uncomfortable and not treated with equal respect. As an Asian customer, this experience unfortunately came across as potentially discriminatory.
I hope this can be taken seriously and reviewed.
Card factory in rhyl high Street have the best staff always happy friendly and so helpful.

I ordered two balloons for Mother’s Day. I collected them and when I returned home 10 minutes later, one of the balloons had deflated.. I returned it to the store immediately, the staff were unfriendly and unapologetic at best. In fact, they were complaining to each other about how busy the shop was! The balloon was no longer available in store and my option for replacement was one that had been written on by a member of staff. I took that one home and it had deflated the following morning! I emailed my concerns to be told I should take the balloon back to the shop. Mother’s Day had come and gone!! I explained in my email that I wasn’t looking for a refund, that ship had passed! To this date, I have received not one apology from either the shop staff or customer services. What a disappointment for My 78 year-old Mum. This is the worst customer experience, it seems like no one cares, the whole ethos of the products is thought and care after all! I would advise to use a different company and avoid CF completely.
I use high quality fountain pen ink, your card might as well be made from blotting paper!

Card hadn't arrived on day 5 .So no card for a Birthday.I asked for a refund or a voucher so I can go to my local card factory and buy one,they refused and said wait another 3 days .so 8 days in total to possibly receive a card.
Next time I will use Moonpig.
I always go into card factory in croydon. Usually friendly staff. However today I went in, young girl on the till. Never asked who was next so I walked up to her till. No hello!! Just ignored me. Talking to her colleagues the whole time. Never told me the total of my purchase. Waited for her to proceed for me to to tap card, still talking. I then tapped card, never asked me if I wanted a receipt. Never spoke to me. No please, thankyou nothing. Just kept talking to her colleagues. Absolutely discusting!!! I even said nice customer service in a sarcastic way but she just gave me a dirty look. It's very sad because I go there most weeks and get lovely customer service. Sorry but she really needs to realise her appalling behaviour.

Went to Falmouth card factory was served by a lovely lady called Helen she went above and beyond to make sure me and my mum left happy she was professional and asked lots of questions when we were unsure about something to find what we wanted

Used to rate The card factory but not no more delivery next day is poor and they use royal mail but still take your money.
They are always very helpful when you are looking for any cards, if you can't find one, and they are very friendly also, this also includes, gorleston and gapton hall. norfollk.

Myself and my partner have just been verbally abused bythe shop manager at marina quay in Rhyl. His name is Martin and he should not be allowed to speak to anyone like he did. Stay away from him at all cost!
Rude staff and rude manager in the Liverpool one store. Overpriced though the window sign stated prices from £2.29 but all them balloons had been placed into 3/4/5 bunch balloons wanting nearly £15/£20 for them not worth it when single balloons start from £2.29 or so they claim in the window signs. 14/3/26 manager rude and shouting at myself for asking why they haven’t got single balloons when CARD FACTORY ARE ADVERTISING THEM AS BEING SOLD. Maybe should take this false advertisement down if only selling in bunches worst £10 not £15/£20
Bought the cards we wanted, staff very friendly. Will shop here again when we require cards etc.
I tried to email in rather than write public but there’s only a chat bot and it said it’s not in working hours? If it just let me send an email you could see and action it when it is working hours?

Usually I would have said this is a decent place with cheap cards hence the two stars but today it took me forever to find a decent card because they all said “Mom” which I know is used in some places like Brum which is fair but let’s face it, it’s just another americanisation we are going to be forced to adopt and I can’t stand it. A few cards sure for those who do and those travelling (but American Mother’s Day isn’t even the same time) but at least a third of the cards?
I thought that would be the end of it but then it was near closing time and there was a queue so I carried on browsing waiting for the queue to not be there (I was the only one left except the queue) when the girl at the till seemingly annoyed, announced they were closing soon to just me. I already knew that as the other girl politely informed me and was happy to go straight to the till but seemed a bit unnecessary to announce in front of everyone else that you were annoyed at me not waiting in line. So I joined the queue just to have to wait there to appease, would have taken the exact same amount of time except it was wasting my time as well
Would strongly avoid using their online service. I used their online service to purchase two cards due to me ending up in hospital suddenly. I was very out of it on medication at the time and did not double check the address and missed off the door number. * just want to add that most online service providers stop the order going through if the address is not correctly filled*.. anyway. I noticed the error so contacted customer service. I was informed that this was already showing as dispatched so they couldn’t amend the address or provide a refund however the cards would be returned to them and a note will be put on my order to provide the correct door number.
It has been almost two months since this happened and I’ve had no cards and no refund! It was only two cards and has cost me £7-£8!! Wouldn’t have been too fussed if the cards actually turned up!
Just to add to card factory’s response because they clearly didn’t read my review properly. The order definitely hasn’t been passed to them and sent out again as it’s now been well over a month since the expected delivery date
