I am going through a really rough time in life and your employee's that I have spoken to on both occasions have been exceptional and a true credit to your company. And your company in general from the beginning have been nothing but nice and considerate. And with all my heart I thank you and the call advisor s for all the support you have given me .
Excellent debt recovery company
I hadn’t actually spoken with anyone from the company, but I’d had a number of emails and text messages from them, offering me a settlement on my account. This was really generous and I was able to pay the settlement offer in full.

I have started getting texts from them AGAIN about a debt that I had settled with the original company, this was in 2014, it is time statued anyway but they keep trying their luck! I do not owe anything, when I asked them in 2015 to send me all correspondence of it they also sent me details of two other people who owed money, obviously they didn’t mean to do that, I had all these people’s names, addresses, debts, breaking all confidential rules, when I told them they said oh just throw them away, not doing that that’s my proof of how unprofessional they are. After speaking to someone on citizens advice they told me to ignore the messages. That was a few years ago and now they’re sending texts again. If I could zero points I would.
First time for everything!!!
This is purely based on my interaction with the young lady who picked up my call when I rang. The young lady was very professional and at the same time she was empathetic and seems genuinely want to help and showed concern and interest to the individual meaning me. It’s not just about customer service skills, but she was patient with me listened to what I was saying and re- iterated to w sure she understood the circumstances and at same time not being rude or arrogant and try to belittle or intimidate the person at the other end of the line.
