I wanted a candle quickly and paid £3.95 for 24 hr Royal Mail 1st class delivery. Once despatched, they advised that it was going to take 3-5 days, possibly 10 to arrive. Be very wary of this bunch. I've asked them to refund for the service they did not provide and will post again when successful.

I've used candledirect for a while now and ive got to say that I've never had any problems with them, they are AMAZING. Placed an order on Friday and oh my just received it this morning. That was super fast delivery. Thank you so much candledirect.

Superb company providing exceptional candles and accessories. I purchased a woodwick sacred smoke large jar that arrived very quickly and the customer service is second to none! Very highly reccomended.

Brought some woodwick candles, 50% of them don’t stay alight.
Complained about the quality and looking for a non defected replacement as I love the scent, told I need to take it up with Clinton’s where I brought it! NO INTEREST IN THEIR PRODUCT QUALITY, and no interest in protecting their brand! Shocked. Won’t use again

Ordered a few days ago. Got two wood wick candles. Packaging was very good and delivery was fast (Dublin). Candles are stunning and I will be ordering more from this crowd, the price was the lowest on the net and far lower than in shops.

Really disappointed with delivery times ordered on Tuesday 6th Feb following day got an email saying it was dispatched and now a whole week later nothing has arrived not able to track items even though email sent link for tracking it didn't work it also stated in. Email items were sent royal mail 1st class.. Hmmm one week later still nothing other than being told a week ago it was dispatched after contacting them was told they can't do anything until its 10 or more missing! Great!

Excellent service and great prices on brand name goods, my only gripe is I purchased what was described as a clutch bag in the sale was £13.99 now £3.99 yet when it arrived it was no way a clutch bag unless it was for a child playing dress up! You’d struggle to call it a make up bag, therefore I can’t give them 5 stars but a strong 4 stars.

I'm new to this company but had recently placed my second order with them and I'm really pleased with their service. Excellent choice of candles, diffusers, car plug in ect at great prices. What I like best though is the speed of dispatch and delivery, only had to wait 24hrs for latest delivery! Arrived really well protected and packaged! My go to place for fragrances for the home! I need to give some feedback on the website! It’s very annoying to use, every time you click add to basket on an item it scrolls you back to the top of the page every time! On my phone it would just go blank and I couldn’t go back without refreshing so I went onto my tablet and even then it kept clicking and scrolling on the wrong thing! It kept coming up wih errors when adding and removing items in the basket. However the range of products and prices made up for this. I spent £40 easily on candles for the autumn season. Just please take a look at the website :) not had a confirmation email yet :)

I ordered some candles late on Mon even, I had a email the next morning saying they'd been sent and they arrived today Weds.
Very prompt service and candles were securely packaged

I placed my order early Wednesday morning, Thursday lunch time it arrived! Packaged well, everything as expected, great price on the candles too - the website is full of good deals. I ordered some Yankee Candle stuff as it's not so easy to come across it in the UK, but Candlesdirect have a good stock of it.

Would recommend this website, fantastic.
