Fast delivery and everything went smoothly from beginning to end
From the time I placed the order online to a completed delivery was only about 2.5 days. About 15 mins after placing the order I got a call to confirm delivery date which was only a couple days away.
The guys delivered and installed the appliances (3 in total) in about an hour from start to pulling away and that includes removing the old stuff from a basement and kitchen.
Was really impressed with how well everything went.
Also the new appliances are all working great so far and it's been a few weeks since delivery.

I am extremely disappointed with…
I am extremely disappointed with Canadian Appliance Source. I purchased a specific gas stove at an agreed price, only to have a completely different model delivered. When I contacted them, instead of taking responsibility or trying to make things right, I was met with excuses and zero accountability.
One representative even admitted that “our lines were crossed,” which clearly indicates an error on their end — yet no one was willing to properly acknowledge it or offer a reasonable solution. I spent THREE DAYS trying to get in touch with someone who could actually help, only to be passed around and ignored.
When I was finally transferred to customer service, I asked to speak to a manager and was told they do not provide managers’ names and that I had to go online and fill out an exchange request form myself. When I asked how I was supposed to cook for the next 3–4 days, especially since this happened on a Saturday of a long weekend, I was essentially told nothing could be done because “that’s the policy.”
Selling one product, delivering another, refusing to properly address the mistake, blocking access to management, and leaving a customer without a working stove over a long weekend is completely unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them matters — and Canadian Appliance Source failed miserably in both customer service and accountability.
I would not recommend them based on this experience. If you value honesty, responsibility, and customer care, think twice before buying here.
