The sales person at the Nairn/Regent Ave store was great.
Price on appliances was great. Delivery of freezer was wonderful, they took it downstairs for us.

Pleased with my purchase
I purchased a freezer and everything went smoothly. It was easy to order online and there was someone available to answer questions if I had any. Delivery went well and the guys who delivered the freezer were very courteous and helpful.

I wish I could put zero
I wish I could put zero! A staff member post as a supervisor. They lied to us on our delivery date, which was key for us, ordering the product from them and was communicated clearly!! we were gonna get the same machine from Costco, but they promised us faster deliver. Then I had to wait almost 3 weeks for the product. And they didn’t care at all! worst customer service ever.!! Should go with Costco!

faulty handle on new freezer-broken by installer
I purchased an upright freezer from this company on July 4, 2026 and it was delivered to my house on July 14th, 2026. The delivery personal made a scratch on my freezer, which I was willing to be ok with(considering it's size and they delivered it to the basement) but the handle that was placed on by the delivery guys fell off 24hrs after installation. The screw is no longer able to be connected. I called CAS with the concern, stating the handle came off within a day of installation and that the delivery guys had struggled a lot to put it on. The CAS customer representative "RAZA" had no concern as she told me" this now has to be claimed under warranty services and CAS will not be dealing with that". I believe it was CAS delivery persons who did not know what they were doing resulting in the handle falling off. I am now forced to make calls for GE customer service to get this looked at. This company is unbothered by their short comings once they delivered the item to your door. I was trying to avoid home depot after poor customer service experience but CAS happened to be worse. if you read this review, please stay away from this company and take your business to a business where they show care for their services and reputation.
July 21st update to the above review,
The warranty person from GE applianced noticed the handle was broken by the the installer. Hence, they will oder parts and replace them for me. This was damaged upon delivery and installation and the handle fall off the next day. What made it bad is not the damaged part but the lack of accountability from this saler and their poor delivery service. And also they didn't level the fridge properly and it was bouncing side to side as they didn't screw the bottom properly, the warranty man fixed that also, just wow.

Best deal
Rush was very pleasant, not at all pushy. He answered all our questions and offered suggestions. The whole experience was good. We had just planned on checking out the fridge and stove but ended up feeling this was what we wanted for the best deal. There was no need to look anywhere else.
