MayTag isnot what we expect, poor quality. Customer service lacking
The refrigerator we bought is of horrible quality. A maytag, I'm in shock. And regardless of paying all this money for warranty, it's impossible to get help. And customer service is horrible. They don't care about anything. I was without a fridge for 2 weeks. It was replaced 3 times and every time there are different faults in and on the outside. The only good thing were the delivery men. They were nice and helpful as much as they could be.

Please note, CAS receives all of the products we sell directly from the manufacturer, in their original packaging. CAS does not sell refurbished appliances.
As such, we have no way of knowing if an appliance is defective. This is why our manufacturers will stand in and address as they hold the warranty.

Purchase of Samsung washer and dryer
We bought a Samsung washer and dryer set which got delivered the next day. Upon delivery, we noticed and reported a small scratch on the washer display. With Gurmehar's support from the CAS store and Wayne's help from the customer care team, the exchange process was quick and efficient. Our new washer will be delivered tomorrow. Thank you, CAS!

I will never buy another appliance from…
I will never buy another appliance from this company ever again! Was sold a useless GE washer and hasn't worked the way it was designed to work from its first use. And what's so frustrating is CAS will not exchange or refund any washer that has been plugged in! Ridiculous warranty policy from this company! Now we're stuck with a machine, which was purchased for a 93 year old elderly couple and paid over $800 for! Better still, we were told by the sales team at CAS to sell it on kijiji or Facebook marketplace to minimize the loses and buy a better more expensive one. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would!

As per our records, we can see that a service call with the manufacturer has been set on your behalf by our team to have a certified technician from the manufacturer to come and assess your appliance.
Please note that all issues with appliances are subject to the manufacturer's warranty.
If deemed unrepairable, the manufacturer will replace the unit for you.

Great sales support, poor delivery experience
Sales support was excellent. Delivery experience was poor. Rating would have been higher had it not been for a poor delivery experience. The stove was badly damaged in the back - something that we didn’t notice until after we had signed and the delivery team had left. We had to go thru the return process which soured our overall experience. Do not be rushed to sign for your appliances, even when pressured to do so by the delivery team. Take the time you need to inspect everything including the back of your appliances.

Worst after sales service
There is no after sales service from Canadian appliances. Agents are rude and upon asking they are just rude and won't even let you speak to a supervisor. If you call them to get help for assistance they ask you to contact manufacturer. Why you exist? Just to make money?

We can see that you called into our Customer Care line to inquire about the door reversal of your appliances.
As such, you were advised to contact the manufacturer for further assistance.
Please note that the door reversal is a service that CAS offers (for eligible appliances only-Door reversal on some appliances need to be done by a certified manufacture's technician).
However, this service needs to be added before delivery, at the time of purchase.
