Our fridge died and needed a new one as…
Our fridge died and needed a new one as quickly as possible. We went to a few stores but they won't look to finding us one in their company inventory. We looked on line and found one at Canadian Appliance in Woodbridge. We called and the salesperson was very helpful so we ordered it and the next day we had a new fridge as he had promised.

Awesome experience
It’s start with extremely knowledgeable staff. They help me to choose right washer and dryer set. The price is another great story.
Delivery and set up was a top notch. It’s couldn’t be any better. Thank you guys for your hard work and customer dedication. I will definitely come back and recommend everyone this awesome company.

Terrible communication
Sales rep (Abid) was very difficult to understand and spoke very quickly - only wanted to make the sale.
Fortunately I knew what I needed. He did give me a nice discount ($100 on $1300 item) but not an enjoyable experience.
Also messed up delivery and pickup location - said it was available immediately for pick up (knowing my location) but was actually an 90min away. Needed it immediately but now waiting 5 days since purchase already occurred. NOT IMPRESSED, especially
since I went to the warehouse to pick up :(

I was looking for an over the range…
I was looking for an over the range microwave and was able to find one I wanted in stock at Canadian Appliance Source. I received some help on the phone with my order. I was able to go pick it up at their warehouse location the same day. A good experience all around.

Such a great experience dealing with Gladwyn
Gladwyn was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and guided me in the right direction. He helped me secure the perfect stove within my budget. During the delivery process, I received tracking information and live updates for my delivery. On top of everything, CAS took my old stove for disposal, one less thing I had to worry about. Highly recommend!

Problème avec la livraison
Problème avec la livraison. Le livreur n'est jamais monté et n'a pas téléphoné, ce qui a occasionné une réinstallation de notre lave-vaisselle puisque vous n'avez pas pu faire la livraison le lendemain, ce qui aurait été un moindre mal! Pourtant, tous nos livreurs (Amazon, UPS, Poste Canada....) appel ou viennent jusqu'au 2e étage.
