Canadian Appliance Source, founded in 2008, has developed into a forerunner of modern appliance retail. CAS Trainyards Ottawa sold me a defective GE Monogram dishwasher on July 19, 2026. Two different techs came 2 weeks apart and could not identify the problem. A third tech is supposedly coming, but no one is calling me. I was sold a defective appliance, which is illegal in Ontario

My mother’s fridge up and failed on a…
My mother’s fridge up and failed on a Saturday evening. Needed a fridge ASAP. Went to CAS first thing Sunday morning. Joshua completely understood the assignment and showed both knowledge and professionalism. He was wonderful to work with. Yes it cost us an extra $30 to have the delivery expedited BUT that was worth every dollar to get the unit on Tuesday. The 2 gentlemen that delivered the fridge were awesome. Did what it took to bring the fridge into the space. Yessss my husband had decided to remove the old fridge to the driveway but the delivery team were really appreciative as it made loading it to the truck for takeaway easier. I would, from my experience, absolutely recommend CAS Trainyard location! Thanks for everything!
