Canadian Appliance Source, founded in 2008, has developed into a forerunner of modern appliance retail. The sales person saved a lot of time by focusing in on our needs.
Delivery staff were polite and efficient.
The fridge/freezer required a lot of work to free it from all the tape and leftovers from manufacturing

Superb customer service, literally in and out in less than 20 minutes… Joshua was fantastic.
Delivery was on time, good interaction, very respectful to take care to not damage during the removal and installation of our new appliance.

Great customer service. However, turned out the product wasn't available when expected. We had to go back to the store to inquire as to status and it we had to to spend a couple hundreds dollars at the laundomat before washer arrived. Maybe should have an auto customer call back if availability of product will be delayed.

Faulty, bad washer installation causing serious flooding!! CAS offered zero assistance and now not claiming responsibility instigating a home insurance claim!!! Will never use this company again!

STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!
Purchased a new washing machine. On first use machine was non functioning, customer service ‘after sales’ was abhorrent, scripted responses with no compassion nor customer consideration. Forced to access ‘manufacturer warranty’ for a defective appliance on first use. After 3 days of waiting 9 hours for the ‘technician’ one finally arrived. 3 weeks later still stuck with non working appliance and Canadian Appliance Source took zero accountability in the product they sold. Customer satisfaction nor consideration of their business reputation is of any concern. Management hangs up after scripted responses and ‘passing the buck’. Don’t waste your time or money here. Shop local where you can access true customer service and support. If I could rate a 0 star I would! This was by far the worst experience we have ever had as a customer purchasing a new item and encountering a defective machine from the outset. At minimum there should have been support to address and replace the appliance. Instead it was put directly on the customer to complete forms, wait for responses and then be subject to a 25% restocking fee for any exchange or refund!?!?! Absolutely astounding this company is still in business.

Outstanding service
We received outstanding service from Jeffrey Payer at the retail store located at the Trainyards in Ottawa in the selection of our new refrigerator. Sadly, the delivery of the refrigerator the next day required a service call.
We are actually grateful for that service call as it gave us the opportunity to meet the service team who not only were very competent but very patient and understanding of the issues. They also escalated to Ian from the Home Delivery Team.
Under Ian's leadership, we all worked together and resolved it all.
We are very happy to have met everyone. We strongly commend Ian and the service team for their diligence and having gone far beyond in giving 100% satisfaction.
We will return to "Canadian Appliance Source" for our future purchases.
