Good selection of appliances with lots of options and price range to choose from. Sales associate (Antonio) was very helpful in making selection. Delivery was timely as planned . And I have been pleased with my purchase so far.

Great Service from seller to delivery !

Company does not deliver as promised. Bought a beautiful range, discounted because it was a floor model, still cost +$3000., and was told that installation was included. My model, because there was a danger of tilting dangerously,was supposed to have a back bar brace installed. There was a very large clear note glued to the front, saying that this must be done, danger of death and fire. I had made sure at the store that it would be properly installed, was assured, told not to worry, and sent the salesperson an email right after I was given the delivery date to remind him of the support piece.
Delivery arrives, no piece, delivery guys said don’t worry, piece not necessary. Still a large sticker on front, saying must have support piece.Went on line, turns out by law this was supposed to have been done . Contacted store customer support,first person told me that I would have to take care of it myself. Told me to send all info . Next person was helpful, third person from head office sent an email saying company was not responsible, agreed that I was worried about the danger, refunded me $50. to take care of it myself.

*Did not want or expect to have to take care of installation myself, was promised “white glove “ service.

The product is good, the relationship with the company is easy, delivery was quick and efficient.

No fuss. Walked in, was served immediately. Lots of possible dates for delivery, good prices. In and out in 20 minutes to buy a fridge.

Knowledgeable service . Company keeps you aware of ever step of delivery by emails.

I ordered 3 appliances from CAS with free in home delivery and installation. The first delivery day, the team was unequipped to install the washer dryer and said they'd return the next day. They didn't. Three days later a new team came to install the washer dryer and told me they couldn't because I was missing parts. I had to go out and buy parts for my washer/dryer and ended up installing it myself. The delivery people were all nice but CAS was not organized and didn't treat their delivery people well. Each delivery person complained that CAS put all the blame on them and refused accountability for any issues. They never issued me a refund for the missing parts, despite the missing parts being confirmed by the second delivery team.

The salesman was friendly and easy going, with no pressure to sell anything other than what I was interested in.

The best part of my purchase was the delivery of the appliances. I was worried because the space was narrow but the two men who came were quick, efficient, in and out in no time and very pleasant assuring me that the installation would not be a problem and it wasn’t . Kudos to the two gentlemen.

I’d never purchased anything from Canadian appliance source, so I was a little apprehensive. Placed an order for a washing machine online only to find out through an email that it is out of stock. I called and was told it would be a couple of weeks and not to worry, I could cancel any time, very friendly and helpful. Two weeks later washing machine arrived was installed and the old one taken away and it took under 15 minutes. There was a very helpful delivery tracker, which let me know how many stops before me. I would definitely recommend Canadian appliance source.

What went wrong? Everything, Oven glass door is broken, you're offering 100$ instead of changing it. That's unacceptable. Installation sucked, didn't install the dryer, didn't gave me the tube to connect it, had to buy one when it's supposed to be installed. Dryer is missing all of it's legs. Dryer and washer aren't leveled. Customer service is trying to lowball me. Incredible, what a shame.

I am extremely disappointed with Canadian Appliance Source and would strongly advise others to think twice before buying from them.

I purchased a brand-new refrigerator over the phone after speaking with one of their sales representatives. At no point was I informed that this model cools the refrigerator compartment by pushing freezing air from the freezer into the fridge. Had I known this important design characteristic, I would never have purchased this model.

Since day one, the refrigerator has been freezing food stored in the fresh food compartment. I have had milk freeze solid, eggs freeze, Greek yogurt freeze, and numerous other groceries ruined. The financial loss has been significant, not to mention the inconvenience.

When I contacted Canadian Appliance Source, I wasn't asking for a refund. I wasn't even asking for compensation. I simply wanted to exchange the refrigerator for a more suitable model, and I was fully prepared to pay the difference for a more expensive unit.

Their response was simply: "The refrigerator is working properly."

That was the end of the conversation.

To make matters worse, they sent a technician who confirmed that the refrigerator is operating as designed. In other words, the design itself is the problem for my needs, yet nobody mentioned this before the sale.

The complete lack of customer service and willingness to find a reasonable solution has been shocking. Once they have your money, they seem to have no interest in customer satisfaction.

As a business owner with several companies in Montreal and Quebec, I regularly purchase commercial and residential appliances. Unfortunately, because of this experience, Canadian Appliance Source has permanently lost my business, and I will be sharing this experience within my professional network.

I cannot recommend Canadian Appliance Source and will never purchase from them again.
