Good sale service, delivery average
First, this site is all in English even if I received the email in French. No place to change it.
I am very satisfied with the sales person (Tristan Boilard-Laliberté) whom I called after looking at their website. I am not giving a 5-star for the delivery service. This service was $125. It was delivered the day scheduled but very late at night. I follow the link for the delivery and it was rescheduled for 10H40PM. I sent a "chat" on the website and they keep me waiting for an hour without an answer. Finaly after an hour waiting, I got a phone call from the delivery guy. I got the delivery at 8H45PM.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service, and possible scam. I saw a fridge one day, advising salesperson I would call them the next day to put the order through, and the price increase 200$ overnight. After I purchased the unit, the price dropped back down 200$ immediately. All in the span of less than 5 days. Called for a price match, extremely arrogant customer service agent kept interrupting me, refused to hear the situation, refused my 5 requests to speak with a manager, then said my sales person would call me back. He never called me back. I called the store, left a voicemail, and again still no call back. I feel like I need a shower after dealing with this company and reps.

Given returned/used appliance
I was given a returned/used dryer and the customer service was not helpful in resolving this matter (no plastic sticker coverings on the dryer, scratch on door, missing staking kit and missing manual). I had to fill out a form and I am still waiting to hear back from someone. Why is this allowed when you pay for something new, you expect to be given something new.
In response, the returns department was not helpful to me. The fact that I have to wait 2 days for a response through email communication only is ridiculous. No acknowledgement to the stratch on the door, or the missing manual. I was told to wait for Samsung to send me a new stacking kit when it's supposed to be included in the dryer. I ordered a new appliance from CAS and expect to recieve a new appliance with no missing items. If you are looking for a new appliance I do not recommend ordering from here.
Update: CAS has replaced the dryer for a new one with no missing parts or scratches

Please note, CAS receives all of the products we sell directly from the manufacturer, in their original packaging.
CAS does not sell refurbished appliances.
As such, we have no way of knowing if an appliance is damaged.

Nous avons eu un excellent service et ce, que ce soit en magasin avec le représentant du magasin ou encore lors du service de livraison. Le représentant a été attentif à nos besoins et nous a donné l'un des meilleurs prix. Les livreurs étaient minutieux et prenait soin de nos achats lors du retrait des électroménagers de leur boîte.
Si je ne mets pas un 5 étoiles, c'est simplement qu'il y avait de petits défauts à l'un de nos électroménagers : une patte brisée ainsi que quelques petites égratignures à l'intérieur de la porte du réfrigérateur. Rien de majeur, mais étant donné le prix des électros. Et voilà!

I received a very good sales service
I received a very good sales service. My cooktop was delivered as promised in 2 days exactly.
Yet no one contacted me to install the cooktop.
I reached out to the store and he reissued an order another time and gave me their number.
Till now 10 days later nothing is installed despite the fact that I already paid for installation

Je suis un peu déçue. Je croyais que les opérateurs défaisait les boîtes. Le tout emballé dans des grosses boîtes. Se sont des gros appareils qui sont très lourds.
