Clarity of availability of product
The enitial conversation on the phone was helpful. The sales person was polite, but lacking informative transparency.
We were planning on picking up the appliance, but found out, at the store that there are only displays and did not have the product for us to examine. We were ( in my opinion) lead to believe the item was in the store, to be purchased.

Presley was very helpful in finding a fridge that would suit most of our needs. The delivery company was quite quick, very efficient and friendly, removing the old and installing the new in a very timely manner.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We apologize for the misbehaviour.
We have addressed this with our Senior Management to review with the staff at this location.
Please understand that our delivery carrier completes the routing for our delivery times.
As such, CAS has no control over how these times are scheduled.
The delivery team has multiple stops in one delivery day and are unable to wait for considerable a amount of time as this will delay other stops.
As such, a second delivery fee will be charged for the delivery team to come back to delivery the appliances.

They delivered a brand new Whirlpool…
They delivered a brand new Whirlpool Washer with mechanical Issues. My first load was banging around so hard. I informed them immediately and I got back and I quote" Sorry this isn't a service that we offer.". Now instead of sending me a new machine, I have to contact whirlpool and go through the nuisance of dealing with more people. Never again will I use this company.

We regret to learn about the issue which you are experiencing with the appliance.
Please understand that all product defects are subject tot he manufacturer's warranty, which is why you were directed to the Whirlpool for assistance.
When a customer calls in directly to the manufacturer, they are guaranteed a faster response in regards to next steps.
As an authorized retailer, CAS is only able to take back a defective appliance if approved by the manufacturer as they hold the warranty for your appliance.
If deemed unrepairable, Whirlpool will facilitate an exchange.

Professional service
Adam was very helpful, spending a good amount of time showing me all the appliances I had been thinking about. I returned a week later to purchase some items and he made the transaction easy and worry-free. My items were delivered the following week by a super team of guys that treated my home like their home. My appliances are gorgeous and I’m thrilled with my experience at CAS. This is the third time I’ve used them and I’ll be back again for more items.

The worst of the worst customer experience and support
Sales rep sold me the wrong stacking kit resulting in a delay in the delivery and install of both the washer and dryer I purchased. Delivery and install was supposed to be completed on July 27th, I was promised that the delivery team will be back on July 29th with the correct stacking it and dryer. I get notified on July 29th to book the delivery and install myself and the earliest date was July 31st, further delaying the completion of my purchase. I had called the sales rep and customer service multiple times to get this resolved. No one takes any ownership or accountability. I have requested for a call back 4 times now from the sales rep and also from a supervisor and I have yet to hear back from anyone or get any compensation for the time and the negative operational impacts this has had on the business that these were purchased for. The dryer and stacking kit were supposed to then be delivered on Monday July 31st and I was told that the stacking kit is on back order and there is not ETA for when they can get one in (my sales rep even emailed me suggesting that I buy one somewhere else) so my delivery had to get canceled again and now I am being told that I will have to pay another delivery fee. No ETA on resolution, no support from anyone I speak with and still without the products I had purchased and paid for. I would give negative 10 stars if that were an option.

Very friendly customer service at CAS. Was able to order our washer and dryer over the phone after finding what we wanted online. Delivery was fast, and the delivery team was super friendly and efficient. This is our second purchase and both times very happy.
