The delivery company they use is…
The delivery company they use is incompetent , TRASH, and must be cheap ! On my invoice it clearly says to take out old Fridge and asked to keep in garage. Damaged my old fridge and damaged by alarm sensor on inside door maybe when they took door off to carry new appliances in. Owner of delivery company called denied they removed old fridge ( although on invoice) and didn’t take door off, he was very very rude and dishonest! I’ve dealt with many appliance delivery services and never ever with such low level of service before!
Unfortunately I won’t buy from CAS anymore because of incompetence of delivery company they use!!!

If I could give it a zero star I would
If I could give it a zero star I would! This is thee worst company we have ever had to deal with in regards to refund. They delivered a washer and dryer set to our home and the washer was damaged. After taking with the sales guy about the return, he said I had to talk to customer care in which he transferred me too, only for customer care to tell me I had to talk to dispatch. The delivery driver was already on the phone talking with dispatch who then spoke with me. Unfortunately I didn't understand most of what this guy was saying because of his strong accent. I was sooooo frustrated at this point that I told him we didn't want the washer and dryer that we were sending both back. We were told it would take a week to get the refund but now they are saying they never received the dryer and that's why we never received a refund on it. The dryer never left the truck when the delivery drivers came to our home because they wanted to find out if the damage on the washer was okay for us and it wasn't because the damage wasn't a small one and we didn't know what kind of damage was behind the panel. We are still fighting with this company to get a refund and it seems no one from this company cares about it. W won't give up until we get our refund on the dryer. Anyone who is looking for appliances, this is not the place to go to! We won't ever buy from there again!

Totally Misleading Advertising
Misleading advertising. Clicked on their link promising huge discounts. Site said in store staff could offer large discounts. When we went to store and had narrowed our purchase down to 2 brands the staff said that all they could offer was a 2% discount. Totally misleading advertising.
The following is part of the non-reply to my review:
“ We understand how this could feel misleading and apologize for any confusion. While additional discounts may be available in-store, they are dependent on the specific products and current promotions at the time of purchase.“
I stand by my original review. The website does not have any that there are conditions on the discounts. In addition the first link is worded to make the shopper think big discounts are available on everything

Worst service ever. Messed up the delivery date as it was not explained correctly when I purchased the appliances. Will never purchase or recommend this company. Waiting for someone to call and correct the problem but doubt that will happen.

This was a great purchasing experience. I phoned CAS to inquire about options for microwaves. We narrowed down the options and placed the order all on the phone - no issues. I was informed of the delivery date through email. The product arrived exactly on time, the agent explained the return policy, and I picked it up with no waiting time. The guy at the store was knowledgeable and helpful in getting the appliance picked out. Delivery was quick (basically the next day) and the 2 delivery guys did a great job getting in and out quickly after setting up my washer and removing the old one. 5 star experience!
