Price, in store service and pick up were fair. There were a couple of pieces missing for us to change the doors from left to right and although that is a manufacturer issue I was not able to get CAS to help me with it

The chat service made it super easy to connect with a sales officer who provided all the information I needed to help me pick a fridge. The gentlemen who delivered the fridge were amazing it was a difficult task and they did it with no complaints really appreciated their help with bringing in the new fridge and taking out the old one.

Wonderful Experience
Starting off as we walked into the store we had an inviting reception to your store. Awesome selection. of brands and models. Your representative Kash Fayad was very helpful and knowledgeable. My refrigerator quit working and needed an immediate replacement. He directed us to 2 different brands and models to meet our needs and made arrangements for a quick delivery. I purchased an extended warranty on the product as well. The delivery people were friendly and very helpful in setting up the refrigerator. I believe it was Edmond who helped remove the door to the kitchen for placement. Koodos for their assistance. The delivery notification system was an added bonus to our experience. Notified by email and on my cell phone as to the exact time of delivery. I will highly recommend CAS to friends and family.

Communications with the salesman was Disgusting
I asked for a specific freezer, and because I didn't read what I was getting until after I paid, I found the freezer was switched on me with no explanation other than the salesman said I getting a better deal, but what I got was a cheaper freezer with a better warranty for the same price, as the freezer I wanted because the salesman discounted my purchase 100$ to clench the deal.
then he said he was also going to give me an extra $50 bonus ... on a credit card from some bank.
I was told the freezer I wanted was in stock in the Woodbrige warehouse, and I asked for Monday delivery, When I found out about the switch, I tired to contact the salesman right away, many times and he never returned my calls or answered the phone.
If it was out of stock, why wasn't I offered the newer model, it is only 100$ more than the one I wanted or at least informed about the warranty on the substitute freezer until 2 days later
after I discovered the switch, I checked online and saw the warranty of the substitute freezer but still requested my choice until, I was informed about the better warranty
With this better warranty from the manufacturer, why would I need your P3 warranty for and additional $290+ dollars that your salesman said was worth $700 but he was going to give it to me for 250$ plus tax again, I didn't read the website enough to see it was the regular warranty price, there was no discount
if I bought this same freezer from Best Buy the 5 year warranty is only 110$
Finally I was not offered to collect any Air Miles like your website says

We regret to learn that your experience was less than adequate.
Our records show that your sales representative contacted you on July 24th in regards to the appliance in your order.
It was agreed that there was a misunderstanding in regards to the model and you agreed to proceed with model MZF34X20DW which was delivered on July 25th.
Kindly note that you only get one year warranty with the manufacturer.
This is why customers are recommended an extended warranty plan for extra coverage on their appliance.
I can see that you did receive a discount on both the extended warranty and the fridge.
Given the discounts offered, your order would not qualify for Air Miles.

Nice display setup and no pushy salespeople. Abhi answered all my questions, listened to my needs and gave good suggestions for my new washer and dryer set. Looked up pricing beforehand and CAS was equal to or had better price than. Would recommend
