Great Sales, poor after sales experience
Sales experience was great
Delivery experience was good
Customer Care (damaged dishwasher) was poor - I ended up filling out forms, sending pictures, following up with a variety of contacts as well as bringing sales back into the communication to help move things forward.
There seemed to be no urgency to swap out the damaged delivery with a new unit.

Superb customer service from start to finish!
Superb customer service from start to finish! Thank you to Roger Malcolm, the Sales Representative at the Sherway location for recommending the best dishwasher for our office needs! A wealth of knowledge, and also forwarded on the 800 phone # to connect with the contractor that they use for installation (they also had excellent customer service!). Purchased on Tuesday, arrived on Thursday, installed on Friday, and regular email and text updates to keep me informed of the status. Kudos to Roger and the Canadian Appliance Source Sherway location for a job well done! Highly recommend them for any appliance purchases!

Quick efficient service
Quick efficient service, kept in the loop at all times via e-mail. Delivery guys were very hardworking! Those appliances are very heavy to get in and out of our basement and they managed to do it very well with no damage to the stair case! Kudos to them!!

I oredered a dryer and it was not working properly. I followed all protocals and new duct service requirements. And still it was not drying the cloths. I called CAS about this and they acted in a caring and careful manner. Resolving my issues with a repalcement. In a timely manner. I was really taken aback by this.

I was sold 2 washing machines instead…
I was sold 2 washing machines instead of a washer and dryer by mistake. Delivery guys showed up with 2 washers. Had to wait over the weekend to get order fixed. Customer service lied that I will be getting correct order on Monday. On Tuesday, the order got fixed but involved a lot of phone calls on my side. Customer service again told me that they can't help me and hanged up on me with terrible attitude. I had to wait for my sales person to get order fixed and shipped out same day. Live order tracking is a joke. Window provided was 11am-2pm. I got off from work early to be home. Initially there was 1 delivery stop before me. Then window moved to 2-5pm with 6 stops in front. Then 5-8pm. Finally delivery came at 9pm. So much for 'live' tracking. I had to provide a ladder and tools for installation and no effort was made to level the appliances. Had to level myself. Horrible customer service. I really wanted to support a Canadian business and paid a bit more for same appliances then at Best Buy or Home Depot. If there are no errors in your order and no damages, things should be smooth. Otherwise, good luck.

Sales were great, after care not
Sales were great. Delivery was great.
Small part of fridge was broken & the after care department wasn't great.
Too many emails back & forth. I didn't catch on that they were not going to do anything. It took 3 emails for them to tell me I need to call the manufacturer & arrange for the part to be shipped to me & that I was responsible for paying the installation myself if I couldn't do it myself.

I purchased a fourth set of Samsung…
Updated Apr 8th...So it's been almost a month now waiting for a non leaking washer replacement. We got confirmation that Samsung will replace the washer more than a week ago. That's great. However CAS has to run through the "Process" of the replacement. I don't get it. My advice is to have appliances tested before delivery because once on site you're stuck. I understand CAS is holding Samsung responsible but I'm stuck in the middle of this. Remember this washer leaked as soon as it was hooked up and tested before the first wash. A very sour taste in my mouth now.
I purchased a fourth set of Samsung Washer/ Dryer sets for our rental units. One delivered unit leaked water at the initial leak test after hooking up the hoses. The delivery date was March 16th. A return request was made at that time. After two weeks Customer Service is still working with Samsung on the replacement.
The Sales Team is very knowledgeable and helpful however the Customer Service afterwards is horrible. It should not take so long to get a this resolved. My ongoing recommendation and advice to anyone purchasing would be to have the unit tested before delivery or go to a place that will back a return immediately if defective. Pay extra to get this if required. Too much red tape here that a customer should not have to experience. I would also think twice about Samsung as well. If I could I'd choose another brand.
