Great Customer Service
The sales representative, Naved was very courteous. He explained the delivery process and how to check the status of my delivery.
The delivery team was also very nice.
I had a few hiccups with the waterline and they waited with me to ensure the issue was rectified before they left for their next appointment. It was much appreciated.

Good Prices and helpful sales staff, but rude/impropely trained installation and staff and disrespectful customer service
CAS had competitive prices, for good appliances. The sales staff were responsive, helpful and efficient. However the team they hire for delivery are rude, inefficient and incompetent. They installed the new laundry unit incorrectly. Water flooded out of my washing machine. Trying to get help from CAS' customer service took days, as they made excuses and passed responsibility on. Once they finally agreed to send the installation team out to re-assess, they said again there was no problem with installation. I was forced to contact the Laundry unit manufacturer myself and make an appointment. They were responsive and helpful, coming the next day. They also fixed the issue, by realizing that the CAS' installation staff were incompetent and were unaware of how to properly install this modern ventless dryer unit.
Fine to buy from CAS, but if you have any issues prepare for excuses, little support and a big headache!

When my fridge broke down. I kind of panicked. I went on the Canadian Appliance Source website and did some shopping. When I decided, spoke with the salesman over the phone. We negotiated an acceptable price. I paid for the fridge. The salesman. Scheduled the delivery for Monday. I received early in the day. The guys were great! They took my old fridge away. I am very happy with the quality of service and the product I purchased.

Miranda was fine helping me purchase a washer &dryer. After using the machine for a few loads, I had more questions so I went back to the store. There were four reps sitting there. None of them could give me a straight answer on my questions regarding the “normal” load selection with only about 2 inches of water as opposed to the filling of the machine.one fellow interrupted the rep I was speaking with. They started laughing so I knew he was talking about me. I approached him and asked what they were saying. He looked shocked and said nothing. Another rep stepped in to try and answer more questions and the same rep interrupted again, all four of them were all giggling, and then all of them just walked away from me. Definitely wasn’t happy with that sales information session I had with any of those fellows. So I left the store no wiser than when I went in.
