From when I walked in the door, someone was there to assist me. I knew what I wanted and needed things to happen efficiently, because my old appliance was a problem. Lisa made sure it all happened as quickly as possible and I felt very comfortable dealing with her. The company delivering the fridge knew what they were doing and were very helpful in the process of removing the old and delivering the new. Lisa also followed up with a phone call after the delivery. Couldn’t have gone any better!

The delivery drivers came within the window of time promised. They were able to bring in the new washer and take away the old one with no issue.

Place had a lot of floor models, sales people were nice, helpful. Was provided a name of an installer who was awesome (Wendell). Dishwasher was delivered free of any damage, delivered as promised, on time. Works great. Very happy, and will go back for my new stove.

Great sales team. The only issue I have was, since I requested white glove service, I was not informed that I didn’t have to unhook my dishwasher for the delivery team, but just keep it until the installers came who would remove it themselves. Knowing this would have avoided me having to figure out how to disconnect it. I would suggest a little better communication from the sales and customer service team.

Quick and efficient service

I am very disappointed with my order. An order I was told 2 days ago would arrive on Thursday and given a time window on Thursday morning. Hired 2 people to remove doors and make preparations for delivery. Waited 5 hours and delivery never arrived, was never notified, no one called me, I tried calling and no one would answer. No-one even tried calling the next day. Had to call multiple times and never given an explanation. Not a very good service and put me in a difficult situation as now I have to make arrangements and take time.off work again for another delivery date. I hope it arrives this time.

I had to complete an exchange on a fridge due to measurement limitations in our home and I had the pleasure of communicating with Wayne for the exchange. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to get a new fridge she that would best suit our family’s needs. He even checked the fridge measurements himself to help me get the right choice over the phone since I’m only a couple weeks postpartum and was feeling overwhelmed. He made the process stress free and this was the best customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time! Great job!

The company took several months to get back to me about a damaged product. The customer service staff weren't helpful as they just said to wait and didn't have any authority to resolve the issue. It was very difficult to get a hold of the management team. I would recommend avoiding this company as they are difficult to deal with if you have a problem.

Response 8/23/2023: Although the company had someone respond the next day, they did not resolve the issue. It took many weeks before a technician would be sent out. If you are ok with a company to distance themselves from a sale by saying "You gave us your money so now the sale is done and you have to deal with the manufacturer" this company is for you. If you want to deal with a reputable dealer who would just replace the product just about any other company would do this.

The delivery guys were great and did a fine job except for the trail of packing garbage they left from my door to where they had the truck parked.

I found a fridge on line with the measurements that I needed from a different company.Went to Cnd App Shavon found the same fridge for $150.00 dollars cheaper than online and got it a couple days later thanks

Did everything that wouls be expected of an appliance retailer, nothing more nothing less. Met ouir expectations

It’s was all very easy.

We bought IN STOCK professional fridge/freezer pair and were delivered a freezer and a dryer. NO ONE would be accountable. We were told the fridge would arrive 3 days later. That did not happen. We were told multiple stories - the fridge was still in Calgary was one story. There was no one to deliver on the 2nd delivery date was another story. We were called and a very ignorant person from Ontario, whom we could barely understand, and who had one job - that was to force us to agree to a new delivery date SEVEN days after the promised delivery date - with no fridge or freezer. We called and called an no one could offer any options. No one tells the truth. NEVER buy from this place - everyone passes you off to someone else. Quick to take your money and then impossible to get the item you paid for.

I see Canadian Appliance Source has responded with a delivery date. In the ongoing saga, this was not the delivery date. There were actually SIX delivery dates provided and the excuse became that we did not confirm the date. We were never contacted to confirm the date. We tried calling many times to confirm a date and were told to wait for the confirmation request - which never came. I asked to speak to a manager and was advised that managers do not speak to customers. I called the local store and asked for a manager - spoke to Nick. Nick told me he would get back to me with a resolution. I never heard from Nick ever again so maybe managers don't speak to customers.

One day the fridge just showed up - not on August 2nd at all but August 5th - on a Saturday when they don't deliver. We were promised compensation but no one has contacted us about that as apparently no one speaks to customers. I asked to return my undelivered item and get my money back - I was told I had to go to the website and everything had to be in the original packaging. Scam alert - they take the original packaging off in the truck so your item is always unreturnable.

If you buy from Canadian Appliance Source I would suggest the patience of a saint; full availability daily for two weeks or more, the capacity to accept multiple and conflicting stories; no expectation of service or assistance with service; rude call centre people; no access to a manager; no desire to fix the problem and yet be blamed for the problem; and no follow up. It was all round terrible experience.
