Great selection, helpful staff.
Very helpful sales consultant and best of all they had what I needed in stock. Unlike some appliance dealers here there was no long wait time for items not carried in store. Also an easy to navigate web site with a huge selection. I'll be buying all my future applications from them.

Beware of male chauvinism
I went to the Burnaby location to purchase an electric range for a rental unit. The salesperson kept talking to my husband, assuming the man would make the purchase. I was about to walk out when the salesperson realized the problem and directed me to another person who helped me. The female salesperson was helpful & respectful and placed the order and arranged for delivery.

I had some trouble with finding the…
I had some trouble with finding the warehouse for the pick up of my appliance but otherwise was a quick and easy purchase. Will return for future appliance purchases.

Special request fridge
Needed a 36 inch fridge in white and you had the only one on the BC mainland. It was brought to the Victoria store for me to pick up. While I live 7 hr drive away you allowed me to pick it up on a Saturday.

Canadian Appliance Supplied Cheap Plastic Hook Up Parts Delivery Company Refuses to Hook Up with Cheap Parts!
Ahmad was wonderful to work with. Patient did not push while we took time to make our decision over a washer and dryer. He gave us a GREAT price. We asked questions and purchased over the phone/email and he was quick to respond even on his days off. Update Canadian Appliance gave the delivery company cheap hoses and plastic hook up parts and the delivery company refused to hook up washer and dryer because of the cheap unreliable plastic garbage Canadian Appliance sent. We now have to but what is needed and hook it up ourselves. Oh and my great sales person no longer works for the company!!!

We regret to learn that your experience has been less than adequate.
Please note that the "plastic" part provided was sent with the appliance, by the manufacturer.
Per the manufacturer's standards, the unit must be installed with the parts provided by them, in order not to void the warranty on the appliance.
Our records show that our home delivery team tried to contact you about this and it went to voicemail.

Fast delivery / Stocks
The only merchandiser who have the stocks of the fridge I want and he got me convinced to buy it. It was just over the phone and it just happened. Fast delivery and I think I got the best deal! Will buy with them again
