My experience of Canaccord Wealth has covered over 5 years, with annual reviews with a dedicated manager (that does not change every year {a further indication that this company treats its employees as it treats its clients}) and in this particular case, I forgot a password to log in to the online site to access my portfolio details.
A simple call (answered immediately by Jayne Clarkson) put me through security to identify me, followed by an immediate resolution of the problem. This is what is considered the "old fashioned" standard of banking, which can be considered rare among financial institutions these days, but fortunately not with Canaccord.
I have been unable to log in for a few days. Phoned the helpline and Jayne Clarkson talked me through the process brilliantly. After a few minutes I was logged in. Thank you Jayne.

I had forgotten my login credentials for the Conaccord website. I phoned the client services support number and got through to a customer support agent immediately, the lady who helped me was Jayne and she was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful, in just a few short minutes I was in and able to access my data. It would have been longwinded and difficult to have tried to solve the problem by exchange of emails. Jayne took the time to phone and as a result was able to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.

I phoned the number for customer support and was connected to Jayne who was friendly and helpful. She patiently answered my questions and walked me through the steps needed to reset my password. I felt supported and relieved that I could get back into my account without any hassle. The online help was efficient and stress-free, which is exactly what you want when you're trying to manage your finances. Would definitely recommend it to anyone else needing assistance!
