Paypal informed me that I had a refund for the sugarpaste that I had ordered along with two boards and boxes that were sent. Shame that you didn't inform me of this first so that I could have cancelled all of my order as I did not really need the boxes and boards, I only ordered them because of the price of the postage. Just NO CORRESPONDENCE at all from yourselves. Just sent the two boards and boxes. I payed £3.95 for the privilege. Also I have heard nothing from you regarding the email that I sent to you regarding this

A good stock of most items that you need.
You had all the wires and tapes that I wanted, unfortunately you didn’t have the 2” sphere tray from CK that I wanted. I would still buy 4 should they come in.

One part of my order not included I.e
One part of my order not included I.e. 24 portion cup cake box which I needed for an order. A phone call or notification before parcel was packed would have been appreciated and perhaps 2 x 12 cupcake boxes sent in place of missing box. I would willing have paid the extra. No refund offered but credit for next order. I am retired and don’t make many cakes these days so don’t know when I would use it. Please refund to my account the price of the box.

Bought two tubs of pastel pink…
Bought two tubs of pastel pink buttercream 31/01/24. Only using them now 14/03/24 for my daughter’s birthday cake and just seen that they went out of date 22/11/23. Please check the dates of items because I’ve just wasted my money on these and wish I’d realised sooner that they were out of date!

Cake stuff are really reliable
Cake stuff are really reliable , delivery wasn’t too long ,
The drivers however leave heavy package on the step , I struggled to get it in my hallway , no help just drop and go !
Gone are the days when delivery drivers took pride and were courteous
But great quality company for cake goods x
