Great company
Great company, were happy to fix my order even though it was my own fault. The heat pack for the plants is a great idea for the price. I ordered plants last week that royal mail said would be delivered on saturday but were delayed due to the storm. Got the plants today(monday) and all were in perfect condition. Highly recommended.

Bought some Dubia Roaches and a…
Bought some Dubia Roaches and a Funarium. Unfortunately I Got sent dead Dubia roaches. 90% of them are dead. Contacted the seller via PayPal and haven't received a single response.
Won't be using them again.

No response has been received on PayPal.
There is an option to respond to customers before cases are escalated. I did not escalate the case. They did without even bothering to respond to me.
Their "live arrival Guarantee" is clearly NOT as obvious as they'd like to think. Nor is this checkbox anywhere to be found. Perhaps they're unaware of how their website works on mobile?
Their attitude in their response and their actions speaks volumes over how this company operates. Especially over Dubia Roaches that arrived (and were probably packed) dead at a cost of a measely £3... Shocking.
Another edit:
The Funarium came with a crack in the side, but was still functional. However, with this repeated attitude from the seller, I'd like to inform you that I would like to execute my right to make a full return, as you sent damaged goods. Thank you.

We responded to the case you raised on PayPal on the day it was raised, the response is with PayPals team for them to review the information provided. If an issue is raised with us directly, we can discuss and resolve, however if we are bypassed and PayPal is contacted instead, this takes the matter out of our hands.
Its worth mentioning that our Live Arrival Guarantee is very clear on the website, including the box that you can not proceed without ticking to confirm that you have read these conditions and, if choosing not to adhere to them, are happy to procced without that guarantee.

PayPal requested we provide information, we have provided information. There is little more to be said.
In regards to the Live Arrival Guarantee, we are quite aware of how our website operates. It is physically impossible to complete your order without ticking the box that states (In bold type):
Please tick this box to confirm the following information has been read and understood, even if your order does not contain live food.
Ordered live products? Has the tracked shipping option been selected & (if temps below 8c) has a Heat Pack been added? If not, are you happy to proceed without our Live Arrival Guarantee?

The perfect culture of springtails turned up fast and thriving. Couldn’t be happier with what I received. The addition of dead leaves made them easy to transition into my terrariums.

I ordered plant seeds and a plant
I ordered plant seeds and a plant. When delivery arrived it was completely the wrong plant. It took a few days of chasing for them to respond to me about my query and I was refunded for the plant but this then made the seeds order extremely expensive as the postage is very expensive. Why did they just not say before shipping the order that the plant wasn’t available and I would have cancelled the order fully.

Hi Celia. I'm afraid our customer service team does not work weekends, hence the few days it took before we responded to your email this morning.
As we said in our email, we apologise that an error was made and that the wrong plant was shipped. Due to this error and no longer having the ordered plant available, we refunded the plant in full, giving you the incorrect plant for free. Under the circumstances, I feel this was an appropriate, reasonable and fair response to the situation.
Had we have realised that the plant picked for your order was incorrect at the time of packing, we would have swapped it for the correct one at the time and would have had no need to contact, cancel the order or to give you a plant for free. Unfortunately however, we are only human and mistakes happen.
It is worth noting that the shipping cost on the order was £4.99, which I don't think can be classed as 'very expensive'.
Super speedy service
