I received exactly what I ordered and on the expected ship date

Paid for express shipping and never got it

I ordered a costume on Oct. 24, and they said it would arrive by Halloween. It didn't. I didn't realize it wasn't coming from buycostumes, it was being shipped by another company. When I wrote an email asking about the status, they said it had been delayed, was being returned to them, and I would get a credit. Today is Nov. 2nd and I've received no costume and no credit. There's been no communication from them since the response saying I'd get the credit. Not very pleased.

I ordered my costume to arrive 4 days before Halloween. I even did expedited shipping. As of today (two days AFTER Halloween) I still haven't received my costume. Such a let down when it said "guaranteed" delivery. I highly doubt I will try this site again. I will be contacting customer service for a refund of the no show costume.

BEWARE FAKE STORE!!!! Do not buy from this store! I never received my purchase even with extra cost of expedited shipping. As well I have not received a response from customer service on my refund.

I paid extra for expedited shipping to receive my costume before Halloween. I received notification from the merchant indicating the package has shipped but still have not received my package as of November 2. I emailed customer service October 30 and have yet to receive a response. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS MERCHANT. The "guaranteed delivery by delivery date" promoted on their website is false and misleading and customer service is non-existent, apparently.

My order never shipped and never came :(

I ordered a Batman mask for my costume and ordered a costume for my daughter. I paid extra for expedited shipping to make sure I got my order before a work Halloween party and before Halloween for my daughter. My package did not come the day it was suppose to, so I had to go out and find something last minute when everything is sold out. I was able to find a cheap looking mask that didn't really go with the costume. My daughter was heartbroken because she was going to be Cat Woman and was so excited to have a themed costume with me. Instead she was a cowgirl because a hat is all we could find the day before Halloween. She dressed as the cowgirl for Halloween, but was so bummed about her costume that she didn't want to go trick or treating, so we just stayed home.

It's now November 1st and still no package. In fact, tracking says the USPS never received it. Looks like it was never shipped out. Halloween was ruined for my daughter.

I ordered my item back in 10/25 paid for 2 day shipping and its now November 1st and the item is still not here. Ruined our family costume.

Did not receive my costume by the promised delivery date. Had to find another costume elsewhere.

Still havnt recieved my costume and its after halloween sent email and still havnt recieved word back

They were good quality. Only thing is I don’t believe they “adult” sizes. They were sooooo tight they cut off wrist circulation.

I have not received my Halloween costume as of 11/1/2021. I placed my order on 10/24- received my confirmation and on 10/25 I received my shipping confirmation. I paid extra shipping charges to have my package delivered me within 2 days. I have yet to receive my order and I have not heard back from the company after multiple phone calls and email.

I paid for expedited 2 day delivery and 8 days later I still do not have it. It was part of a Halloween costume and late just does not work. It is now two days after Halloween. Sent several emails to the vendor and the shipper with no response from either.
Stay away from these people.

My order wasn't filled or mailed. My daughter was upset, her Halloween ruined. Customer service supposed to give refund..

We ordered a costume and paid $12.99 for 2-day shipping. We did not receive the costume until AFTER halloween, 8 days after we ordered. We submit a customer service request and did not receive a reply. When we finally received the costume, we wanted to return but there were no instructions on how to do so.

I paid for express shipping guaranteed by specific date. I ordered in well enough time to get it on time. My autistic child was devastated. The order was useless it came 3 days late and after Halloween.

The costume itself was great, but communication about delivery was horrible. We had ordered, and paid for, expedited shipping. The costume did not arrive on time, and requests for information about the expected delivery date gave conflicting updates, and a variety of "excuses" for lateness. The unpredictability of the shipment's arrival was stressful. The company did not communicate well about the product and customer service was not helpful. Will look elsewhere for Halloween costumes next year.

Delivered as promised in time for Halloween. Quality was good and costume was true to size.
