I did not get my costume in time, but I called BuyCostumes and they were fair and issues me a refund for the expedited shipping and a return label.

I was promised to have my replacement items by 11/3/21 and as of today I still don't have them and it looks like they will not come until AFTER I need them. Which means I just may be asking to return my whole order because of your staffs mistakes.

Bad experience
