Quality product and customer service!
My dog collar arrived quickly, but it wasn't personalized. I emailed them and they corrected it immediately. I got my new collar super fast and got to keep the plain one as well.
It was my second time to order from them. My 1st collar lasted for 3 years. It hardly faded at all. I only needed to replace it because we been to the beach several times and it was starting to rust.
I highly recommend this company. They make quality products for a reasonable price and have excellent customer service!

Buttonsmith did a fantastic job with our buttons. The image is clear, centered nicely and best of all the order got here SO quickly (which I needed because this was a last-minute idea). I'll definitely be using Buttonsmith again. Oh, and they're local. Yay!

Durable and Fast!
This is the 2nd collar I've ordered. The first one has held up for about 5 years now! We got a new puppy and I knew I had to order one for her as well. Very fast shipping, got my order in 2 days I believe!

These face masks are my son’s favorite. The XL size covers his face comfortably and the string that allows him to remove the mask and dangle it from his neck is perfect. No more wondering where he placed his mask!

A button reorder goes well!
I ordered another 25 buttons -- that makes about 100 I've had them made -- on a Monday. They arrived in our USPS mailbox on Wednesday. The price is right, the quality is excellent, the customer service is exemplary. What's not to like?

Seems to be a well-made product
Surprisingly quick shipping. The Dog Leash and Collar I purchased seems to be a well-made product, haven't had much time to test. Would like the leash handle to have some type of rubber "grip" to it for easier handling if you have a dog that pulls.
