My dog looks swanky in her new pride collar! The package arrived sooner than expected and the product looks great.

The koi pond collar is absolutely beautiful. I purchased for both dogs. The white lettering is the best for visually seeing name and number.
Customer service was excellent also.

Customer service refunded one order and changed shipping address on another order with just 1 email.

Lanyards are high quality; don't notice it, or any irritation on my neck, wearing it all day.

The collars were exactly as ordered, they were received within a few days of order. This is our second order and the first collars are like new (after washing).

Quick response, great customer service, quick delivery and made in the USA. Hooray.

The receptionist/ customer service the person that answered the phone was very helpful and curteous for as many times I called in one day.
The work shop manager I believe the name starts with (F) who I also first spoke to at the back end has a lot of patience with me via emails throughout while my order was in the shop for processing. I could feel the Passion and Professionalism for the job. Should I say the person went more beyond for me to have my order made to my heart desire. I had to really dig on the website to find the lanyard design I was looking for, thousands to choose from! But at last I was able to place my order. It came quickly and I'm satisfied.

I love these collars so much this is my second order for my two dogs. Having their name and my number to call should they somehow escape their yard.

Production time was great and getting a proof before production was very reassuring.

Turnaround time including delivery on my order for 125 buttons of 4 types was 4 days!

Used Buttonsmith's to-scale button template with paint.net to prepare the button artwork. Then converted it to pdf for submission. Made it very simple.

Buttons matched the artwork perfectly - The artwork I sent them had a tight fit around the edges. They hade no problems

It was not a big deal, but I could not figure out from
their website how to order quantities other than preset quanties like 25 and 50. I didnt take the time to contact the company with the question.

I have ordered two dog collars, the “hippy” and the turtle collar. They came within days of ordering and they are perfect! The quality is great, the colors are bright and you can easily see the dogs’ names and our phone numbers. The customer service was wonderful. Overall great product and great experience. The leashes and matching collars I ordered were vey attractive. New collar was sent immediately after first one was incorrect size. I like the personalized collar for identifying dog's name and phone number.
