Being a first time (and overseas) landlord, it was paramount to find a reliable, knowledgable agent to rent our E2 flat through, formerly our family home. Paul Curtis was super helpful initially when I wanted to discuss possibilites, rates and logistics, he made plenty of time for me in person and on the phone and has vast local experience. Following on from the intial discussions, Simon Harrington was brilliant in guiding me through the viewings and listing and was invaluable on the day we had lots of viewings. His advice on which tenants to move forward with was spot on and he was very patient with my many questions from abroad! The moving in and management of the property in Lauren Turvey's hands has been similarly effective and timely. I could not recommend Butler and Stag Bow more. Lovely people and totally professional. 10/10, thanks guys!!!

Paul and his team are thorough, prompt, proactive, they know the market and most importantly for me is that they act as a good sounding board, especially on some decision points might be difficult.

Certainly in my case they had a better finger on the pulse of the market than my own internet research; and turned things around swiftly.

Honestly the consultant lady who showed us the property was helpful and very kind. Even though i mentioned about the guarantor is acceptable by landlord or not. She said no worries. All is fine. Today i received a phone call that says guarantor is not acceptable by another consultant. And he says that the lady is not in charge for this information. absolutely waste of time.

Everyone at Butler and Stag has been great to work with. They both sold our house and sold us a house which made the whole experience as good as it can be. We were dubious about selling through an estate agent due to the fee involved, but they talked us through the after care and I’m pleased we didn’t try and do it ourselves.
