I’d highly recommend Butler and Stag especially Milo (Sales Manager Chingford) and Amanda (wonderful sales progressor). We’d had a very difficult few months with another agent. Butler and Stag came in and dealt with everything In a very short space of time. Very professional, down to earth and kind team.

I was impressed with the service I received when buying a flat via Butler & Stag. Despite a long process due to delays with solicitors, Rob Burgees and Amanda Schiavi were extremely patient and helpful throughout. Their communication with myself, the seller and both solicitors was excellent which truly helped drive the sale through. I would highly recommend using Butler & Stag.

I have appointed Butler & Stag at the Bow office for the sale of my property and I have to say this has been the best choice.
After a number of setbacks from other agencies I searched online for the best reviews and this agency came out as highly recommended and this could not be more accurate.
From the beginning my sale negotiator Rob Burgess has been an absolute diamond: calm, professional, patient, and with a wealth of knowledge of the market and the area which I believe is unsurpassed. Throughout the whole process he kept me up-to-date in a timely manner, I never had to chase him for a response and most of the time all questions and enquiries were dealt with before I could even ask them. Although there have been a few hurdles to overcome (nothing to do with the agency) he always kept a calm and professional attitude, he knew what to do and how to take things further. From the first week of the property on the market he organised a substantial number of viewings, feedback and updates were given promptly so I always knew where I was. His "can do" and "will do" attitude combined with a realistic and honest valuation of the property has lead to a successful transaction.
During the last few weeks I also dealt with Amanda Schiavi, the Company Sales Progressor and again I was absolutely satisfied with the service and professionalism shown, she went out of her way to keep everything in order, and keep the momentum going. I recently bought a house through Butler and Stag. Milo was fantastic, I had viewed a house previously and he remembered my criteria and called me when a suitable house came onto the market. Bradley showed me around and really helped when we had a slight hiccup prior to exchange. And finally Amanda who seemed to be on call 24/7 to answer any questions. On the day I picked up my keys they gave me a bottle of prosecco which was thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you all.

We recently moved (bought and sold) with Butler and Stag. I have to say they were excellent through the whole process. Milo was on hand to answer my questions and explain everything clearly and honestly. It was a big move for us emotionally and the agents made it an easier process. Agents get a bad rap but these guys don't live up to the stereotype. I'd definitely recommend to anyone. We're very happy in our new home although we miss the old one very much. I was getting really despondent trying to find:

a) a decent (let alone nice) place to live
b) that was affordable or even reasonably priced
c) good area
d) would take pets
e) outside space

All during lockdown. Was considering moving right out of the area, despite living here for 20 years.

The Bow team of Butler & Stag came in at the last hour, with 5 days to spare and came up with a lovely flat that suited all the above needs. They were efficient, helpful, and continue to be so as agents. Millie and Melisha have been great, and I have to say I really love the quality/standard of the properties on their listings.

Having lived in Chingford (in the same house) for longer than we wish to mention and having brought our children up here, it was quite a wrench to remove ourselves from the house and also Chingford itself. Chingford is a great place to live - schools, forest, transport connections but.... age forced our decision to downsize. We were scared at the prospect of the whole moving process but we had no need to worry -
Milo and Amanda virtually held our hands through the "trauma" smoothing our path and being there for us whenever we had the collywobbles! Bless you, Milo and Amanda, pleased to report that we are very happy with our "new" property - even though we miss Chingford just a little.
