All of the staff went above and beyond to get us the Warranty Certificate. So refreshing when many companies lose interest after the have had your money.
I definitely will use again and recommend.

Buildsafe are very professional at what they do the whole process was handled by Matt Percival at first and Olly Smith carried out the completion with the warranties first class service

Arran and Oliver provided me with a really good service from start to finish, clear prompt communication throughout unlike other companies I’ve used in the past, highly recommended.

Straightforward to deal with minimal fuss. Best experience to date on new home building warranty dealings.

Overall we found the service quite good. The inspectors came out throughout the build when requested. Oliver did a good job to finalise the project.

Being naive self builders, we didn't know what we needed or how to organise structural warranty but Arran was so good, explaining everything in detail and then finding us the best possible cover. We are very grateful and the organisation and system seems excellent.

Having been stung by the collapse of CRL a few years ago, we pay a lot of attention to the structural warranties we arrange. We generally place warranties for 3-5 houses per year through LBB, and will continue to do so for the fast service and clear communication. Our warranties are arranged by Jack, and Jennifer Wilson has been fantastic with processing reports and responding to our queries. I wouldn't hesitate to use LBB again.
