We had to change the stand on a retractable banner that was in our shopping cart. It wasn't obvious how to save the change from the edit page. We figured out that we just needed to page through to get back to the shopping cart, but if you're editing something in the cart you should be able to change the option and hit save instead of going back through the preview and add to cart pages.

I just received my signs today, and the quality is very good. The process of making your own signs was very easy, and I had them in a week. This company is my go to for signs.

very good pricing. bad print quality, barely acceptable. design software seems fine on paper. QR code generator in design software is buggy and the code on my design doesnt work. theres an "art review process" for each order where they can and will cut off and/or add white borders to whatever they deem fit. this resulted in inconsistent formatting for me. i had 4 customer service issues in the same day and was told it would be 2 business days before the 'design team' could reach me.

Love using Build a Sign for our city sign needs. The online tools for creating and proofing my designs work great and the best price around!

Tried to order a license plate and there was a problem with the image, since there wasno way to edit it I canceled the order. The problem is getting a refund, they say it could take 10-14 days to show up in my bank
I say BS because every other refund I've ever received from anyone else shows up right away.
Needless to say I'll never deal with them again.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. they are lucky we are forced to leave a 1 star for them. Terrible customer service representatives. They started spamming me in the morning and waking me up along with my wife and little one. They call me trying to tell me that the banner is going to come out blurry and told me to stay on the phone... i stayed on the phone for 15 minutes on hold just for the lady to get back on the phone and tell me that there is nothing she can do in order to help me... EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE THE ONES CALLING ME?? on my day off? dude print what i told yall to print and go on about your day. apparently there was nothing wrong with my order and they made me waste an hour of my sleeping time for NOTHING. for them to say, "i dont know why we even called you if there is nothing wrong with it". now that im looking at the reviews from trust pilot apparently its a really bad website. they dont show the real reviews on their end.

I just received my magnetic signs . They are the worst quality printing I have ever seen! I printed the exact same files on paper with a local printer to make sure they look ed good so I know it is not on my end. The colors are weak and everything is blurry. The type on some are double printed off set. They arrived wrinkled because they were not properly packaged. The only positive is an easy online interface and quick turn around.

I ordered vertical banners for our medical clinics through BuildASign. During the design process, we updated our graphic, so I went into my cart, replaced the old file with the correct one, and placed the order. Unfortunately, their print department must have seen both files in the submission and printed the wrong one.

When I contacted them, I was polite and willing to work with them. I even offered to ship the banner stands back so they could just print the correct file and reinstall it. Instead, they insisted they had done everything right and told me the only fix was to reprint (not me sending the bases back but doing the whole project again) — and that I’d have to pay for it, minus $500. They are more concerned with short term margins than long term relationships.

That’s not acceptable. I didn’t make the mistake — they did. A company that won’t take responsibility for their own printing errors isn’t one I’ll be doing business with again.

If you’re looking for a printer for large or recurring orders, find one that values accountability.

BuildASign doesn’t. I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I've ordered a few signs in the past. This time I ordered a small garden flag and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. The stitching pulled the material so that the flag was not a rectangle and was 'pulled in' vs. lying flat. The stitching itself had numerous hanging threads. I wish I'd have looked at reviews before ordering but based on past experience - I expected acceptable quality. I paid over $100 and the flag is pretty much junk.

I doubt anyone reads this I could only afford 2 magnets but absolutely love them they showed up 4 days early and are perfect exactly what I hoped they would be I wish the black letters was darker it would be cool if they told u they print slightly lighter that actual color but still great work love my sign magnets

I ordered six signs from this company and when they arrived five of them were fine but one was cracked in half so I immediately took a picture and emailed it to their customer service department. I also did an online chat with a rep who told me someone would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours regarding the email that I sent with the picture. I asked her up why they couldn't help me since they were already chatting with me and they basically said there's nothing they can do so I'm not really sure why they even bother having a chat function. It is now been over a week and I have sent an additional email asking for an update and no one is getting back to me and no one seems to care that I have a sign cracked in half and they are basically just trying to ignore the whole issue.

This company provided some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They clearly do not care about their customers. I will never use this company again and I strongly suggest you do your due diligence and stay far away from them before placing an order with them.

Designed and uploaded an image for a license plate. Everything on the website, the "template" and the preview suggested the design was big enough to go edge to edge as intended.
Received the plate and it had a white border all around the edge, and an uneven one at that. Design was set slightly higher and a little further to one side than the other.
Customer service did reach out but they were unable to properly correct the design. Once they provided a preview with the screw holes visible, there were areas of the design that were impacted by the cut outs.
I requested that they put the design back to where it was and just center it properly, but I've not heard a thing from them since. I appreciate them trying to fix the problem, but I don't appreciate them just ghosting me.
Should I ever decide to order again, I'll know better than to trust their website preview capabilities.
