Website has lots to offer but tools could be better/more user friendly. Had to resort to calling for design assistance. Representative was not very friendly, did not actually seem to listen to my needs, "lost" my design which I had saved multiple times and then she recreated it (but not exactly as I had painstakingly spent hours doing the night before). Had difficulty with the "flip side" of signs, stating that they will be upside down on one side. Lengthy calls, very frustrating experience overall. Lots of nuances to what happened that would take me a long time to explain again in this review. Hoping the order arrives in good shape but I will be reluctant to order again from Build a sign due to the difficulties with this order.

Prices are competitive, ship times are good. Quality of product is great. Service is quick.

After following their on screen directions, i reviewed my final product only to be contacted later by email that the QR codes i added when blown up to the correct size would be blurry. Understandable, so i responded offering to sharpen the images or resend them. I found out later they had already printed the blurry version and would not reprint for free. They somehow believe in my infinite wisdom would know all about image files and pixelation. I thought i hired them because they were the experts, so i wouldn't have to be. Don't use them if you can avoid it. No customer service, just finger pointing.

Build a sign has an easy website to use for people who aren’t that tech savvy . They even call you and help if needed . I use build a sign all the time best site yet !

I am a repeat offender...LOL I am a repeat customer. Buildasign is always my first thought when I have to go big on anyone thing.

I ordered a 3x3 inch sticker with a 2 5/8 inch print. What I got was a 3x3 inch sticker with a 1 3/4 inch print. So it doesn't look like what I ordered. I've ordered these before for several years so, I always update the previous (last years) version.

I ordered what I thought was an A Frame sign which would stand on it's own. What I received was a single corrugated sheet with the logo on it. It would only lean on something to stay upright.....website is very deceptive. I will NEVER ORDER ANOTHER THING FROM THIS VENDOR. BUYER BEWARE.....VERY DECEPTIVE PRACTICES. No way to return, or receive a refund!

I find it difficult to believe that you’re able to send me 4-5 emails to my inbox asking me to complete my order and when I do it

You tell me I ordered as a guest

When I asked you to cancel the order so I could reorder though my account

I didn’t get a reply back for 3 days an when I did you said the order was shipped

This is very disappointing and frustrating

All I want to have is the order I placed part of the account once created to have all my orders in one place

With today’s technical advances I am totally baffled by your comments than nothing can be done to make that happen

I am still hoping that you can make that adjustment Orr figure out a way to make this happen

I have ordered signs and other items from BAS on many occasions and have always used the little cab drawing. I bought the design and sent it to you . Each time I have to do this. You should have it on file. I cancelled my order because this has become extremely tedious.

Ordering was quick and easy and the license plate I received was of good quality and looked just like what I designed. I'm very happy with it.
