Do not buy from this company! I ordered $120 worth of product in November 2023. Still waiting for my order, no tracking information. Emails, Instagram comments and messages go unanswered besides an automated reply. So awful

I ordered £130 if of goods in January 2024 and since then I’ve had NO COMMUNICATION except generic email responses asking to wait 24 hrs & that they know how frustrating it is, but they have 2 little boys to run around after!? Wth that has nothing to do with business I don’t know .Actually feeling like I’ve been the victim of theft right now. As PayPal are dragging heels as I have been given a tracking number. But that just shows it’s been stuck in Buffalo NY since the week I ordered. Really disappointed.

I placed an order in January. Nearly two months later hadn’t received anything from my order. I contacted them by email only to receive an auto-response saying they’d get back to me within 48 hours. Nothing. I DM’d them on Instagram - another auto-response. I commented on a recent Instagram post and asked them to contact me. Nothing. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company and got a refund. Avoid this company at all costs.

Bad to Worse customer service
Ordered in January. Never shipped my items after a month. I emailed 2x over a 2 week period with zero response. Now we are up to 6 weeks roughly with no tracking info. I file a PayPal dispute & they make it take WAYYY longer to dispute now since they’ve added a tracking number. But the tracking says item not received at post office. Now we are at 12 weeks since I’ve ordered & still waiting for PayPal to refund this. They could’ve just allowed my refund instead of adding a tracking number for items they never intended to ship. Made a little problem a lot worse. Thanks a lot A HOLES. Never shopping with them again (like they give a crap).
Doesn’t ship items and ignores inquires
I had the same experience as others on here. I placed an order and it was never shipped. I reached out via email multiple times and never received a response. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank. Even if they were in over their heads with orders, just say that. I was understanding in my first few inquiries, explaining I knew it was the holiday season, so they must be busy. To just not answer and ignore your customers is unprofessional and shady. I’ll never purchase anything from this company again.

Do not believe the good reviews, ordered on Dec 22,2024. Never received anything from them emailed both emails for a general response and then a response from Chris saying they had a death in the family. I waited for the additional time he requested. I have now send three more request. Don't waste your money, time kindness.
The coolest people! Even late at night 🤦♀️
I too was having no luck at getting ahold of someone for a while and was worried that many of these reviews were going to be my outcome as well. I found a phone number and with little to no hopes of getting anyone to answer I was greated with the kindest voice and patience! It was late night (so rude of me), again I had no real hope of the number working after all I had been reading. The lack of previous response was addressed logically (logical for internet shopping and the world of bots) I gave my order number, the issue was resolved and the status of the order was corrected near immediately! I'm super stoked that I got to talk to an awesome individual and will be getting my products soon!

I ordered a couple items for a friends birthday gift, they sent me a tracking number that was a completely fake tracking number, going to a random location with a random item in it. I tried to reach out to them thru Instagram, Facebook, email, oh and Instagram I left comments and directly messaged them. Funny how they had time to DELETE my comment and others comments asking where their orders are, but no time to address my concerns. This company is a scam, you can check their BBB rating, which I wish I had before purchasing. Anyone claiming a good review must be an employee of this site. I do not recommend getting scammed by them

I would give zero stars but that’s not an option. Not only did I never receive my items but all of my attempts to contact them were unsuccessful. They have time to post on social media but not time to fulfill orders for paying customers. Their business should be shut down.

I ordered a small Christmas gift the end of November. The site indicated item would arrive well before Christmas. I got notification that a shipping label was created weeks later on December 15. I tried to contact them about this delay, no response. December 20th tracking still says only "label created" many emails later still no response and no gift. Any reviews mentioning positive experiences or responsive service have to be purchased reviews. Terrible scam. Many is gone, no gift, no communication.
AFTER TRUSTPILOT FORWARDED THE ABOVE REVIEW I RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING:
"Thank you for reaching out to Buffalovely. We received your email on our other account- we created this help email to better serve our customers because our other email gets so full of spam and bots that we receive 1000's of emails per day and customer emails, like yours, get lost in the mix.
Your order was scheduled to go out today, unless you'd like to cancel and get a refund? The delay was our printer didn't get us the creamers until last week even though we ordered them in September. And the coasters got delayed because our laser we use to print them broke last week as well, because of course it did in the holiday season.
As for your attemp to try to destroy our online reputation, we apologize that you feel so slighted by us. We are a family business (literally me and my wife) who are doing this while trying to raise our two young boys (Leo and Owen, 4 and 1.5 years old). Sometimes we don't do a good job communicating with our customers, and we're actively working to do better. Please reconsider trying to destroy our livelihood over a lack of communication- we admit that's our fault and want to serve you better. Also I'm not sure what you being a "senior" has to do with anything- we don't know how old you are...
SO here's what I propose- we'll send your order out today and if it doesn't make it to you in time let us know and we'll give you a refund. Does that work?

Same issue as everyone else is having. Completely ghosted. No order, and no response after multiple attempts.
Excellent Customer Service
This is more of a 4.5 star review but I rounded up because of their customer service. I ordered two items at separate times. 1 item was easy peasy, shipped on time, and I was able to track its shipment. The item is very cute/funny, good quality, and was packaged safely. The 2nd item hit a snag, days went by after placing the order and I received no shipping updates or tracking info. I worried I wouldn’t receive it in time for an event so I contacted customer service. I didn’t initially hear back from their customer service email (the one posted on their website), but thankfully I follow them on Instagram and I saw one of the employees in the comment section provide a different email. Once I reached out to that email, they were awesome. They immediately resubmitted the order and got me a tracking number. They were responsive and transparent and truly wanted to make things right. I would take off half a star for the processing issues, but like I said I rounded up because of their customer service.

Placed an order the beginning of October for gifts for my friends bdays the following month. Got an order confirmation with the charge taken out immediately. I got notification from the email that the order was placed and in the process of being shipped, but it never progressed beyond that. No shipping information was updated for several weeks. I reached out to the business asking for an update since it was cutting it close to when I needed the items, which was over $100 inc. tax + shipping. I got no response from the several emails I’ve sent, plus the DMs I left on their social media asking for a simple update. I then started investigating about the business online, to which I found other customer reviews explaining that they’ve gone through this exact rigmarole, resulting in them being eventually ghosted as well. To resolve the matter on my end, I contacted my bank to put in a claim dispute of the amount I was charged by Buffalovely, with success, since I never ended up receiving any items at all.
I warn that this business is one of the shadiest and deceitful I’ve unfortunately had to personally deal with myself. If you ended up ordering and receiving items from them, consider yourself lucky. Don’t expect the same outcome a second time because I was a second-time buyer after I had ordered last year for Xmas gifts and received them without a hitch. I wasn’t so lucky this time, in regards to not getting my purchase this year, as well as many other relatable customers. What you should expect, after weeks of waiting for your order, is radio silence from them once they’ve already taken your money. They’ll go as far as to delete comments of customers on their social media platforms, rejecting your emails (but will continue to send you promo emails under the same email address), and, as of current, getting their easily identifiable friends and immediate family members to write undoubtably fake and laughable 5 star reviews (a number of very recent and coincidental reviews posted below on this website and BBB), pretending to be existing customers expressing their “positive experience”. Their aim is to bump up their terrible ratings and to contradict the plethora of honest reviews from previous customers of Buffalovely.
Their attempt to amend the situation and save their reputation is a farce. They indirectly patronize their customers online with disingenuous comments/reviews posted by said friends and family members. The reality of the situation is truly sad for their former customers who struggle to get some answer from Buffalovely regarding their non-existent purchased items or a refund.
This business has zero customer service etiquette and it shows. IMO, they don’t deserve to have a continuing public business with how they disrespect their customers by withholding purchased items and/or money. The only way for them to take accountability is to NEVER support this dishonest business. Ever.
