This Company looks like scammed..I couldn't reach number and email not replied and they already taken your money.
My order shortage 2x , tried to contact them by phone no one answered and emailed them didn't replied.
Be aware 😡😡

This is not a New Zealand company - read all the reviews, high time the fraud squad looked into their dealings!

No customer service. Channels of communication don’t work. The goods purchased do not arrive. Save your money and your time by not using this company

Kiwiown do not disclose a lot of info. It is a scam and you have to follow up most of the time. Customer Services are very good in lying and not knowing how to provide a good service. Awaiting for a $80+/- refund when I was told $50 penalty for breaking off the layby deal. NZ customers must avoid this awful company!

I bought the heart rate monitor watch. When it arrived it wouldn't pair with my phone. Also the plastic was hard with sharp edges. I sent and email advising I wanted a return for refund. They tried to talk me into a discount on the product. I declined and sent an email advising I was returning and where I was sending it. A week later I received an email advising that was the incorrect address and I would not get a refund. I don't recommend this site

I made a purchase on their website using a debit card and received an email confirming the purchase. However after about a week I had not received any update and six to seven days after the purchase my debit card was used to buy crypto currency. I had used it on no other websites recently before or after the purchase. I tried to phone NZTrends but only get a generic voice message that doesn't even mention the company by name and directs you to email them. The About Us on the website strangely mentions "Dublin Trends" as the company. I notified my bank, got my card cancelled but may not get back hundreds of dollars stolen from using it on their website. Use newzealandtrends at your own risk!

Please DO NOT use this site. They are thieves. They take your hard earned money and send you cheap broken ripped items that should be thrown to the tip. They are Chinese based, not New Zealand. They should not be allowed to sell anything on line. BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS SITE TO BUY ANYTHING. You will be very disappointed if you do. THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!!!!

Product ordered was not what I received. Got a cheaper version does not do the job that it should. This is not a NZ based company & just a rip off. Selling junk!

I ordered a product last monday this company sent a tracking but it seems fake

SCAMMERS, beware. Dreadful experience with a product that looked like nothing at all in advertising. And a shockingly high price too. Customer phone line never answered. Had to fight to get a refund. I have kept all emails/correspondence as proof. Avoid !!!!!!!! This is NOT a NZ company, but based in China. I threatened to go to the police, and to plaster the SCAM message all over social media, and kept repeatedly hammering them with emails until I finally got my refund. My tenacity won. Do not deal with these people unless you want a crap product and a fight on your hands !!!!!

My wife ordered a sofa protector set for our new sofa, costing about $73.00. We received four sticky sheets, measuring two A4 sized pieces of paper, Worth approx $2 - 3 at Warehouse Stationary.
We returned package straight away and emailed them asking for a refund, as item certainly not what was shown on their website. Their reply was that we had not asked them for permission to return item. They do not answer their customer service phone and not replied via email!!!
Appears to be a scam!!! Do not buy anything from this website/company.

I ordered the Arctic Filter Cooler & Air Conditioner and all that has arrived is the filter!!
They aren't answering emails or telephone calls.

I bought an underwater action camera for my child as a Christmas gift from NZtrends. It arrived scratched on the screen and a button fell out of the waterproof case on Xmas day. Such terrible quality that probably came from Aliexpress as that name came up in the tracking details I was provided.

I emailed requesting to return it for a refund of my $50 but I don’t think I’ll see any money back. Really wish I had checked online reviews like these before I purchased.

They list an Auckland address as their premises but that’s just more BS to make shoppers think they’re legit. They are likely based offshore and work like the middleman selling cheap and nasty products from Aliexpress but marking up the price so they can get their cut.

Misrepresent themselves, not a NZ company, goods supposedly take 60 days to arrive which was not stated on their site or disclosed at any stage. Have lodged a dispute with the bank.

Bought a $20 item in February. I got confirmation and tracking. Despite sending monthly emails about delivery, the goods never arrived. In fact, the tracking stopped at the chinese border. Thier domain has now disappeared but they answer emails & offered a refund only by paypal which I didn't pay by. Clearly it's a scam so I have given up and will chalk it up to a silly decision on my part. Guessing they'll pop up again as something different so I guess the lesson is, Avoid Chinese online stores at all costs.

Fake product made in China, paid NZ$35 for an universal Tap water purifier that it is NOT UNIVERSAL, Changed my tap, finally fitted in, however water goes up leaking the whole kitchen, literally splashing all around!! Doubts that this really purify, I feel so frustrated. This is the first time that an online purchase is totally fake, trying to find their website but shows nothing now. They might be closed already as many customers they messing with. Nz trends from China? It took more than 2 months to arrive and then Surprise, doesn t work! :(

DON T BUY FROM THIS STORE

My package never arrived and all I got was excuses. I requested a refund but to-date have received no refund and no package. Will never purchase anything from them again!

I had an issue with my online order which was more a misunderstanding on my part.
This company’s staff were totally efficient, professional and courteous.
I will purchase from them again.
