First class advice.
We have been with Glentworth/Brunel for several years and always found them first class.
Rachael was very helpful and negotiated a reasonable deal for us given that we made a claim during the year following a burglary.

Excellent for motocross riders who want to travel!
I desperately struggled to find insurance for my son who was going on a motocross holiday in USA, and then I spoke to Katherine Cleeves at Brunel. Nothing was too much trouble, she was so helpful and took time to find a company who would actually cover him for this dangerous sport! As his Mom this put my mind at rest. He then went again in December 2022 and returns a week later than planned in March 2023. Once again Katherine sorted the extra week promptly.I will definitely use this company again and will look to using them for other insurances in the future. So nice to have decent customer service for a change! Thankyou, Mel Hathaway

Initially switched house insurance…
Initially switched house insurance using Brunel. Whilst competitive they were also very pro active in communications. Again with the renewal this year they were very pro active in providing a quote in good time and happy to answer all and any questions.

Travel insurance for people with health issues
In arranging a travel policy as an older person I found the broker (KC) at Brunel Insurance both reassuring and knowledgeable. She was able to place the business to cover medical conditions for an extended episode of travel and at a price that provided very good value. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again.

Reliable firm of brokers
Just renewed of my house insurance policy for my property through Brunel on the phone with Rachael, and I'd like to confirm that my dealings with her and with Brunel both today and in the past have been conducted politely, professionally and satisfactorily. Excellent service
I was recommended to Brunel for my business insurance and was so impressed with the professional yet personal service, that we also renewed our house insurance with them.
Ben (business) & Rachael (home) are always so efficient and accommodating. They are always happy to answer any queries and have always gone the extra mile to ensure we are covered correctly and most cost effectively. Insurance is a necessary evil but they definitely make it as positive as possible
