I had been having trouble with getting travel insurance, and had been knocked back several times. I was feeling very low when I contacted Brunel Insurance, the person who answered the phone was very friendly and put me through to Katherine. Katherine was very friendly and professional, and said that she would do her best to find insurance for me. I immediately felt much better and that I might actually be able to go on my trips as planned. Katherine was able to find cover for both my trips and at a very reasonable price, which I was delighted with. I can’t praise Katherine highly enough for all her help and making me feel that I was not worthless. I will be definitely be using Katherine’s services when I next need travel insurance, and I would certainly recommend her to family and friends.

I was able to get holiday insurance for my parents with my mother having had an operation for a skin cancer. Alice who dealt with the quote was fantastic and gave some indicative costs for different scenarios as we were awaiting biopsy results. Once we received we called back up and Alice sorted the quote that day and we paid! We are all happy as the biopsy results were positive and my parents can now go on holiday with peace of mind with travel insurance. Will definitely use again 100%
