Absolutely outstanding service from Giuseppe. Very accommodating and made to feel at ease throughout. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you

Dealing with Giuseppe has been flawless. I was interested in a Datejust which unfortunately had a deposit put down on it. Giuseppe was able to do me a deal on the same style watch which was newer at a great price. He went out of his way to deliver the watch personally making the whole experience fantastic. I will definitely be going back to Giuseppe if I ever buy another watch.

Fantastic experience throughout the whole process. Giuseppe answered all of my questions and gave me complete confidence to proceed with the purchase of a Rolex watch. He even delivered the watch to me in person and took the time to size it correctly for me. Absolutely fantastic service and I would recommend BiT highly to anyone looking to purchase a luxury watch. Thank you so much.

Amazing service from brothers in time,
Bought a Rolex sea dweller. Giuseppe was so helpful all the way and always available to answer any questions I had 5star all the way thanks. Love the watch.
Jason.

I purchased my second watch off Giuseppe yesterday. An absolute gentleman with the highest of standards and ethics.
Perfect service and great correspondence. A trusted Gem. Probably one of the best trusted dealers in the UK right now.
I Highly recommend Brothers in Time without any reservations.
Thank you for my brilliant Paul Newman.

Bought a watch from giuseppe and service was fantastic. Great communication and was delivered next day. Amazing like new condition and couldn’t be happier. Thank you

Excellent from start to finish, Giuseppe was helpful and responsive and the purchase and exchange went without a hitch. Will definitely deal with Brothers in Time again.

I thoroughly recommend Guiseppe and Brothersintime if you want to purchase a luxury timepiece. Having agreed to buy a watch on the basis of the photos on the website, I duly rang up Guiseppe to discuss payment and taking possession of the watch and he immediately offered to deliver it to my home ( a round trip of over 5 hours for him) in a few days time. As there was another watch I had also admired on his website I asked if he could bring this with him too for me to have a look at. He duly arrived at the agreed time and I ended up buying both watches. Super watches, sensibly priced and an exceptional personal service provided by Guiseppe. If I ever buy another watch, I will definitely approach Guiseppe first before looking elsewhere.

Very good experience with this co. Part exchanged my Rolex DeepSea James Cameron for a mint condition Rolex Starbucks 2021. Flawless and freindly service from start to finish, thoroughly recomend.

Absolutely outstanding service from Giuseppe and Eren, bought a Rolex Daytona and from the initial contact to delivery of the watch they both went out their way to make the purchase as seamless as possible….they delivered the watch to my home in Scotland and I cannot thank them enough for the purchase experience, I would thoroughly recommend Brothers in time if you are considering buying a watch from them without any hesitation…thank you both so much delighted customer

Superlative service for a superlative chronometer!! Giuseppe and Eren were extremely helpful from the moment I contacted them to the point of sale hundreds of miles from their base ! A personalised service for discerning customers will take Brothers in Time far in this competitive field . As a collector of many years I feel they were not patronising and very competitive price wise and the whole high value transaction went smoothly without fear or issues . I cannot recommend BIT enough and if you are thinking of buying a lifetime investment you cannot go wrong dealing with them .

Both Giuseppe and Eren went out of their way to be helpful in making my purchase a very enjoyable experience. Eren went through the operation of my new watch taking the time to make sure I understood and was able to use the different features. The guys certainly know their watches and have a very good system for the pieces they select for sale; they provided clear providence and history of my watch, which gave me a lot of confidence in the purchase. Would recommend and definitely use them again on any future purchase.

Excellent service, very pleased with my purchase just in time for Xmas. I had a couple of queries after I bought the watch and the after care was exceptional, faultless to be honest. Thank you to Giuseppe for all your help.

Highly recommend

Excellent to deal with from start to finish. Professional, great knowledge and always made to feel at ease. All at a great price. Will definitely be using again in the future. Many thanks

Fantastic communication and reliable - bought a fab Rolex and Joe was exceptionally helpful!!

Bought a submariner from Giuseppe this month. He was great to deal with and gave me a good price for my watches as a part exchange. Would highly recommend him

I’ve dealt with Brothers In Time (BOT) more than once now.

Both buying and selling they’ve been nothing short of fantastic to deal with.

Quick to reply, give really good prices and really smooth transactions. If you want to sell it does take a tiny bit longer as they check against the stolen watch register, but that means when you buy you don’t have to be worried!

Will definitely be using them again!

Just bought my dream Rolex Panda 🐼 Daytona from Giuseppe. Absolutely beautiful watch and exactly as described.
Couldn’t be happier, amazing service, professional and knowledgeable.
My second purchase from here. Highly recommend to anybody. Thankyou !

A truly amazing experience to deal with Gisseppe from ‘watches in time’,always helpful and informative with my purchase of a beautiful Rolex Daytona 116520. I couldn’t recommend them any more if you are looking to purchase a luxury timepiece in the near future.

Great watch from Giuseppe. Answered all questions before I made quite a long trip. Emails and calls - he was more than happy to oblige.

Also a very fair part exchange deal.

Took the time to check things over and explain, and adjust bracelet, etc.

As viewings are by appointment, you can chat properly about what is a big commitment for most people, especially for something that isn't essential. So it's good to be treated with honesty and a knowledgeable seller.

Would buy again; wife permitting!
