send my 904l nh34 gmt for watch regulation as it was running slow -14 secound per day. Ben regulated the watch to +2 secounds a day. been wearing the watch day and night (i dont take my watch of for bed) and it been running +10-11 secounds per week! asolutely over the moon. if you in the market for a new watch or custom watch built i would highly recomend Ben as you couldnt go wrong even if your a watch newbee

A beautiful watch!! Because of its rather shorter lug to lug length, it fits perfectly on my 16 cm wrist. I had been searching for a nice all black watch and this is it!
Communication during the trading was also excellent!

Exceeded my expectations, I've been following Ben's journey in the watch world since the beginning and was blown away by the quality, attention to detail and packaging of the custom-made watch when I decided to purchase one of my own. I decided to buy one of Ben's branded watches and was amazed by every aspect of the watch. A masterpiece of modern watches, carefully packaged with an unexpected branded case to compliment the watch and excellent customer service and communicaton throughout, not to mention a 2 year warranty for peace of mind. Can't recommend highly enough to other people who are thinking of buying of his watches. Would buy again in the future.

Words can't express just how pleased I am with the watch Ben put together for me. It's a Seiko Captain Willard with a GMT complication. The quality of the parts and build are outstanding. And my bezel lines up correctly. That's usually a hit or miss with Seiko. I'd put my Willard up against Seiko's new Willard reissue any day. And the cost of my watch was extremely reasonable. I expected it to cost hundreds of dollars more for the build. Thanks again Ben.
